I have been coming so long. one of your employees name Taylor and night manager give me exercise about charging about sauce if get southern blackbean burger no southern ranch i want Thai Curry sauce on it Did you guys still charge for that I got one more Thai curry sauce they change me it’s ok I’m. Ready pay for it.they change me on burger please do something about it
Didn't have any problems with Nashville's Charlotte Pike but Dickson location has gotten bad. Wednesday evening, I ordered 10 traditional wings (1/2 ? pepper and 1/2 ? chicken), french fries seasoned with and vinegar and ? pepper, celery sticks and ranch dressing. Got the orange chicken wings but BONELESS ?????; got the fries but ONLY the and vinegar ?????? and NO celery sticks and ranch dressing ????????Very bad BWW....... VERY BAD.☹️☹️☹️☹️??????
Ordered buffalo chicken salad with no bleu cheese. Got bleu cheese and one tiny chicken strip. Asked for an order of chicken strips to add and received 1 more addition small chicken strip with Buffalo sauce on the side. I had not been back in years cause last few visits weren’t great. Last order I ordered to go and got home the next county over and didn’t have part of my order. I do not recommend! Hasn’t changed in years.
Service is good and was seated promptly, but the food was just terrible. For somewhere with the word wings in their name I'd expect some decent wings. They are dry and overcooked, the sause was aweful, and honestly everything was very bland. Didn't want to finish the food.
Perfect, great wing great price great waitress she was so kind always making sure we had what we needed and went above and beyond
Had a take out for 10 traditional Carolina reaper wings and what I got was very light on the sauce and cold too. I don't know how come they use so little sauce but it ruined the experience for me. Wings were big fat and nicely cooked though. 3 stars for this BWW
Food was very good. The new pretzel appetizer was excellent. Had the best waitress ever...Taylor..Great experience.
This was my to go order the other night. Where’s the sauce?!? These wings are terrible plain. When it’s a to go order, they don’t care what they give you. They don’t prepare to-go orders they same as they do for people eating in the restaurant.Fyi- nobody in this place checks ID for liquor. I’ve been in there twice (someone else drove) and realized my wallet was at home and was still able to order alcohol. I’ve never seen anyone at the bar be ID’d and there have been some very young looking people in their early 20’s sitting at that bar drinking.

Most of the time BWW is pretty good. This time, at noon, they had no hamburger...lol...NO hamburger? Service was ok, not great or attentive, but not bad. The food we did get was fairly good, just not what we were looking forward to. Could've rated higher if one of the three were awesome, but sometimes you just can't find a reason to rate above average.
