HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There were several customers ahead of me in line and no one addressed us. Manager is unprofessional and also did not handle the customers as he should. I feel more bad for the family in front of me, they had a little child with them hungry! So we all had to walk out.
Friendly staff and food was good. No issues with drive through.
Biscuits are always good, chicken is a bit on the salty side but it does taste good

Apparently there was training going on. It was reminiscent of study hall when I was in college. Everyone was really friendly but you definitely got the impression they were mindful of an upcoming (or imminent) test. I had been brought there because the people I was with wanted breakfast. I sat and ate a bunch of Botato rounds, which were pretty good ?
This may have been my first time at a Bojangles, I'm not sure. I won't say it was bad, it was just kind of eh. The grilled chicken patty was kinda dry and much smaller than the bun. See pic
This meal was cooked Perfectly. The Best crispy Chicken I've had in a long time. The Mac&Cheese was the best also. I just cannot say enough good things about this Store. I got a 4 piece tenders combo with coleslaw & Bo-tato rounds.The chicken was very juicy, yet had a nice crispy breading that had just a hint of heat in it.The coleslaw was nicely chilled, but was sweet & I prefer a spicy coleslaw. That said, it was still very tasty.The Bo-tato Rounds are my favorite food at Bojangles. I can't describe them, flavor wise, except to say I love them!I would have given the place 5 stars, but for 2 things. The guy on the cash register was up front about being new to the register, which I appreciated, but the lack of support he got from the other staff to ring up the order was disappointing. The other issue was that the men's restroom was out of paper towels. There was an air dryer there, but it really didn't do much to dry my hands off.
This TX girl loved this place! If you're in the south this is a fun place to try! Really good pimento cheese.
Tried it for the first time, because in Chicago there aren't any Bojangles,Great chicken, and sides Chicken wasn't greasy like other places.
