It was Rib Friday, and although we arrived at the end of Lunch, I was able to secure a savory half slab for myself and a full slab for later for the boys. I added Potato Salad and Corn Pudding (!!!) and the corn bread that must be laced with something that keeps me coming back for more. To top it off… we secured the last 2 servings of the best Peach Cobbler I’ve had in years. I LOVE IT!!!

Stopped in for some lunch on a road trip. Glad we did! Excellent BBQ and sides and they sho nuff make sure you leave with a full belly! The staff is super friendly and happy to explain everything to out of towners. Highly recommended!

I had a meal catered for one night of our family reunion. (60 people). Everyone was RAVING about it!! I heard lots of “I never liked green beans until now.” “The coleslaw was spot on!” “This is the best chicken I’ve ever had!” “I had three helpings of the pork” “I’ve never had a banana pudding that I’ve liked so much.” And so on and so forth!! All night that’s all I heard, was “great choice on catering, this is delicious!!”Thank you so so much! Love your food as always. Love y’all!!

I have smelled the smoke several time when I was in Dickson and wanted to see if the brisket was as good as the smell . Sadly the brisket did not have either the texture or flavor I was looking for . It was about 2 hours short of being cooked properly and lacked a good smoked taste . My friend had ribs and I tried some of hers and they were great so the cook knows how but the brisket must have been pulled early to meet demand . The portion was a little light I thought on the brisket for the price but I could have ignored that . The sides were great but also a little small in size . Ultimate portion control . I paid for the two of us and the bill was over 45 bucks minus tip . If you go just avoid the brisket and even worse I drove over an hour to get there . I gave it 4 stars because the only disappointment was the brisket —- high price was ok

Worth driving all the way from the interstate to eat here. Love the brisket and Rack Attack meal is well worth the price of admission. Smoked Chicken is quality too!

I have been searching for a genuine smoked brisket like this ever since I moved here about a year ago. Finally found my dream come true at Back Alley BBQ! The homemade Mac & Cheese was just perfect, right down to the super creamy chessey sauce. Loved the fried cornbread, the baked beans. I cannot wait to come back .... And next time I will leave room for dessert that I heard folks around me raving about!

I had the pulled pork sandwich, that had awesome flavoring and a wonderful smoke to it. Let's not forget about the Mac n Cheese....a nice creamy cheese to it! If you've not had Back Alley before its a must try while moving about the city.

We’re from Arkansas and came here with family from Tn. The food was AMAZING!!! I could eat a plate full of nothing but the cornbread. The staff were super friendly and the price for feeding 6 was under $100 including some delicious peach cobbler. Thank you for a great dining experience!

My first time ever eating there I was greeted by very nice people. They took mine and my mom's order, they brought it to our table promptly. The food was absolutely delicious you couldn't ask for any better barbecue anywhere. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be going back soon.

Beans had no flavor, bread was good meatloaf was broken into pieces not a nice cut but it was fairly good tasting.. feel like the lady just have me the scraps.
