Got the steak with mashed potatoes and fries, pretty small steak and it was full of tendons, potatoes were good(both kinds). Took a while to get our food but it was also busy with a 10 minute wait. Very clean place and friendly staff. They don't accept pictures of IDs though so make sure you don't forget your wallet if you want a drink. The famous strawberry margarita was great although I wish I'd asked for sugar instead of salt.
Had not eaten at this Applebee's before. After being stuck on Hwy 40 for over 90 minutes, my friend and I were famished. I ordered the chicken strips and fries. Everything was fresh and very hot, which is the only was to enjoy French fries.The restaurant, including the restroom ? was very clean. Our server was friendly and efficient.We had a great meal !!!!!
Went to Applebee's around 9:30-10pm on Saturday March 7th with the family, wife and I had the combo appetizer, grandkids had hot fudge sundaes and cheesy pizza. Food was great.Wife had strawberry daqauri and I had 2 old fashioned, bar tender, David I believe, did a great job on the drinks.
We were there Sunday Night. Wife got the Irrisist a bowl with grilled chicken and got food poisoning. And made me get an upset stomache with the quesadilla burger. We won't be back there for a long while. Gonna hate the Doctor bill too.
Had lunch with a friend and ordered the 3 sides (4cheese Mac n Cheese, broccoli, and garlic mushrooms and mash potatoes) the server was great the food good and atmosphere was inviting yet chill.
Service was great. Food was good. The beer was the best.
Need a new greeter bus person. There was a lady checking people in that appeared to not care about her job or not want to work.Upon checking in for 2 people at 13:25 (1:25pm) she told us 20 minutes. There was a lot of 2 person seats open and 6 booths open on top of a whole section not being used, even though before we sat down was even having people put in. Now the 20 minutes turned into almost an hour. At 14:19 (2:19pm) we were seated to a dirty table which i had to clean myself. While sitting waiting for server, seen host that was checking people in also cleaning tables, or acted like it. Not moving bottle on tables and just wiping into seats and not wiping seats. There was 3 areas on our table that I had to clean, plus the seats. The server was great Seated at 14:19, she took our order we already knew what we wanted at 14:27, food ordered at 14:28 and we received our food at 14:47. The cook needs work on food prep as the food came out and the wing were cold.The next table ordered steaks and none of them was cooked the way they asked, I had stated I'm glad I didn't order steak as I'm picky with my steak. The one lady asked for medium rare and got no pink, the other asked for rare and is was medium, and so on.I live in the area and will not be going back to this Applebee's. I went yesterday.
How long should you expect to wait at the bar before being acknowledged? I pulled the plug at 7 minutes. I understand if you can't get me a beer immediately, but at least acknowledge that you have a customer.
Great service as usual and food was so yummy. Waitress was very sweet and professional as was all the staff. We both had steaks and they were so good!!
I have eaten at Apple Bee's in Dickson for years. The food was always good until the last time i ate there....I decided to go back yesterday with my daughter and was told i could not eat there with my usual Dasani water that i have always had with me before because i can only drink water at room tempature. I tried to explain myself but she was just down right hateful. So my daughter and i just left and went down the road to Ocharley's instead. I will NEVER step one foot in Apple Bee's again.
