Best Wendy's I've had. Everything was fresh. The other Wendy's in Crossville should see what they're doing different over here to improve.
Another Wendy’s, more friendly service. I will tell you a secret, I always get the same thing at Wendy’s. It used to be called the 4 for $4 meal but now in many places the price has been raised to $4.44. That’s what it is in New York and here in Tennessee as well. Yesterday, in Virginia it was four dollars. Go figure. I am not complaining, it’s the best fast food bargain around.
I feel like this place is just never open. Well it's either that or they just close very early for a restaurant, let alone a fast food spot adjoined to a Pilot's gas station. I have NEVER had the chance to order anything here but I do have to say the fact that they have never been open during any of the times I have stopped her on occasion, and during reasonably early hours, really says alot about it to me anyway.
Would've been a just fine visit if the girls in the fast food place weren't winking at and smiling at my boyfriend the whole time.I don't understand how anyone thinks it's okay to flirt with someone when they are simply just trying to get food for their family. And the nerve of some (probably underage) people, inappropriate. Lost my appetite. If it was men doing that to women it would be an issue wouldn't it ? He had to sit there and take it until we got the food - because WE HAD ALREADY PAID. Hire some responsible adults.Edit - there's actually pieces of little bone in a nugget, not the restaurants fault but the supplier
They messed up on our order so I called spoke with a young man manager he said to come back and he would fix it when I get there he then tells me I'm not in the remake book and he couldn't fix it. Wasted my money wasted my gas and wasted my time. I feel they stereotype people. Why tell me to come back and you will fix my order if you wasn't planning on it in the first place!.
I generally order the same thing from this Wendys in the Pilot in Crossville. I ALWAYS order my burgers the same way, NO cheese, and LOTS of onion on them. I have to sit there in my truck for around five hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays 'til the warehouse has my load ready to pick up, so I usually get something from Wendys. However, 3 times out of five, they'll mess up, either not enough onion, or they put cheese on them. Today, grabbed a couple of double stacks, and I always emphasize to the cashier NO cheese and extra onion, LOTS of onion, that's exactly what I tell them. I got two double stacks, with cheese and literally one tiny ring of onion, could have used them as a literal ring on my finger! So, they will no longer have my business, I'll start parking at the truck stop on the other side of the interstate. They have a DQ, and their burgers are really good, plus they fix them like I want them EVERY time, any time I've been there. If you order a special burger at Wendy's, check it before you leave the counter, chances are high, it will be wrong!
It was after midnight so I googled what there hours were and didn't want to make the trip to town in the pouring rain if they were closed already. Google stated they were open 24 hours, 7 days a week. When I got there the Drive-thru Lane was blocked with a large garbage can placed in the middle of the lane where the drive-thru started before the speaker and menu to place an order. I am extremely disappointed and irritated as well.
The kids working there were very friendly! They got my order together pretty quickly!
Ok so the place was clean and the customer service was great. I would have given 5 stars but I asked for fries fresh out the grease and I did not get that. They redipped my fires as if I wouldn't know. I always taste my fries before I leave. I new they were not fresh I asked them if they were fresh out the grease and he said yes but when I looked at the employee in the back putting fries in the grease that was already cooked I knew they did the same to mine. It's not fare to have to pay for something your not satisfied with. So sorry to say that I just throw them away because they were nasty to me. Waste of money. ?
Drive-thru has been closed for months at this location. Never looks like enough help in the place. Good has been decent though the few times I've been in during the last 6 months. Meanwhile other restaurants are closed inside and pushing the drive-thru. Crazy times we live in.
