Just got a moldy bun and cold fries. My first time back in a year because of last bad experience. I was hoping it improved but that’s a big no.

Messed up order. Over charged and gave no receipt so I could check. The burgers were supposed to be doubles and were singles. I used to love Wendy's. The service has gone downhill. Make your burger at home.
I wish i could just up and close my business 30 minutes early like you guys. I mean wow, what a business! You have mobile orders that have already been paid for and you know you’re customers are coming to pick that up but, let’s just close shop!Wendy’s has the worst customer service of any fast food chain.

Forgot my fries last 2 times we went to Wendy's. Wait time was much longer than most Wendy's. Willing to update review if I have a better experience in the future. - update. Won't be back after receiving a 50 pack of cold nuggets with multiple hairs in them. They did replace the nuggets which were better but would have preferred a full refund. Sorry, that was the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's.
Quick service and friendly staff. Food has been good each time I've been there. Will return sometime.
I just went to this Wendy's at 3:25. 1 car in front of me. I ordered a normal biggie 5. Pull up they don't know my order, no problem. Food is out quick.I try a fry it is not just not hot it is Luke warm. I open my burger it had mustard all over the place. It had a pickle on top of the burger that had mustard on it. Hard to deal with that.. I grab a chicken nugget it is not hot, not warm, it is cold. Pathetic.
The food was cold and tasted like it had been bathed in pickle juice... The customer service here is the worst! They handed me an over filled drink and spilled it all the way down the side of my car both outside and inside. I handed it back and asked for napkins... without even trying to fix the soda overflowing still on the lid he tried to hand it back to me still dripping everywhere ?. I was like nevermind on the drinks I don't even want them..
Went through drive thru 2 weeks ago ordered jr cheeseburger cheeseburger deluxe 2 single with cheese 2 baked potato the potatoes were discolored and dried up when I called the guy was very rude said they had been out of potatoes for 6 hours I told him I would bring my receipt and he stated off I had them they had been there awhile no bacon on the burger no toppings on the deluxe then he hung up on me I m done with Wendy's
