first of all walked in to nobody at the counter and had to order from a kiosk, then the drink machine was out of ice, i then i waited 20 mins for my food. while i was waiting i watched an older gentleman be ignored and then when he asked to place an order, he was told he had to use a kiosk, they cant do it from the register. I finally got my food and it was wrong so when i went back up to the counter to get it fixed, the manager is who i spoke to said i didnt even spend that much money so she wasnt fixing it bc the kiosk rang it up wrong and then didnt want to give me my missing food. I called headquarters which informed me somebody is supposed to be at the register at all times helping the ones who dont know how to use the kiosk and a district manager will be in touch with me in 1-3 business days. it is sad our world has come to lazy people that want $15 an hour and cant even make food right or fix a customers order.
This was a super busy, but really nice. The team worked well together and our order was perfect. I even witnessed an employee helping an elderly person with the kiosk as soon as he walked in. They recognized him and know he needed help.
Well I really hadn't eaten there in while .The digital order placement was a surprise. I feel the interaction of personal service has been lost. The drink machine was being repaired, so that was inconvenient. I probably won't go back.
Worst customer service I've experienced at a taco bell. Couldn't give your order to a person, had to do it all through a kiosk. Then when asked for a paper receipt they told me sorry we're out of printer paper so we can't give you a receipt unless you select receipt by text or email. They didn't even have things stocked up inside as far as sauces and cup lids. Very disappointed customer. If I could rate a 0 I would!
Taco bell used to be a decent place to grab a bite, unfortunately that is no longer true. I was disappointed with lack of ingredients in each item, especially with such a small amount of meat on the taco.
Had to order my own food! After another costumer showed me how. Food was not wrapped right . Stuff fell out in bag. Not happy experience.
Ask for extra meat and paid for it but very little meat. The table was dirty and the workers did not seem to care. Ate and left really fast.
Dont go here and place a mobile order you will wait 30 minutes and have to ask about your order several times. Very unorganized and definetly needs to get their priorities correct. Will not ever come back
Worst tacos and steak quesadillas ever! Quesadillas were burnt on one side and tacos were cold with an off taste. I won't be back for awhile
