We ordered two footlongs and a pizza. They got the bread completely wrong on BOTH subs and my sons pizza was placed in the bag upside down and ended up having no cheese on it. Terrible place! I am completely UNSATISFIED!
This Subway is the best one in Crossville. There are 4 Subways in the Crossville area. I use them all, but the sandwiches seem to turn out better at this sub shop. But I would give them all 5 stars.
Tonight we ordered our usual with terrible customer service from the two boys working in the restaurant. Was told there was no banana peppers and that we couldn’t get guacamole on the side. Ok I have no issue with that however what is disturbing is the way the sandwich was put together and the terrible placement and cut of the sandwich. I hate to give a bad review and I will be contacting the manager on this issue. Looks like we will not go back through the drive through window again.
Went through the drive thru was asked if I needed a recipe I said no because I didn’t want random papers sitting in my car for months then realized I should have asked for one because my sandwich was poorly made and barley any meat was on it tasted like I was just eating bread with chipotle southwest sauce and tried to call at least 10 times and no answer… also can’t forget the boy taking the orders off the intercom he really needs customer service training
Gotta love a subway sammich, light flavorful and full of vegetables. Half a Sammie will do but better get the footlong so you can have some for nite nite snack. Hahahehe. Always the same treatment of customers, nice and pleasant.
We went to the Subway on Main Street on Wednesday evening. Our food was delicious and the three young people working that evening were really nice to us and got our food done pretty quick and right. Thank you
Disappointed, ordered a salad in the drive thru. They put everything I asked on it, but I didn't specify LETTUCE. No lettuce on my salad.
The food is always great. The service on the other hand.... The female that was making my food was with no doubt ' at her own pace' but the other workers were leaning over the sandwich she was working on and slinging things around her. That doesn't portray a friendly atmosphere.
I go to subway at least once a week and they’re always so friendly and get my sandwich out pretty quickly.
