First of all what restaurant charged 3.5% to use a credit card???? Spike does. That's acutally making .5% on all cards except AMX.That's stupid in 2022!! Then they charged me $7 for a 22 ounce BUSH light draft. The haberno mango wings had haberno sauce but absolutley no mango flavor. They have a kicken bourbon sauce we like on the wings. The pizza was about a 6.5
We met Spike and his team a few years back. We’ve loved eating there with our group when in the area. We follow Spikes on Facebook as well to know what’s going on and featured as well. The last two years Spike has reached out in the early spring to get our arrival dates and which nights we would reservations. Do the same is you’ve got a group traveling to the area on a revaluation basis. In this crazy world right now we continue to love this level of service. The food is always great and the beer is always cold. Thanks Spike and the team for continuing to make our trip simply awesome.
We come here every spring on our yearly golf trip. This place used to be good. This year it was awful. We stopped in for lunch after golf. I ordered chips and salsa for an appetizer. It was probably pace from a jar and stale chips. To make it worse it was $10.75!!!!! My fault for not paying attention. I ordered bbq wings and fries. Finally after 1 hour we got our food. My wings had no bbq sauce on them at all. None. I could barely taste the sauce. It was like they barely brushed it on. I had to ask for some sauce so I could get some on them. My son in law ordered a tenderloin sandwich. It was burnt to a crisp and he said tasted awful. He asked the waitress for another sandwich and she apologized and said they are training another cook. They should not have allowed that sandwich to leave the kitchen. I don’t know what happened to this place, but in my opinion it’s awful now. We will never return.
If you are in Crossville, check out Spike's Sports Grille as a good place to eat. Friendly patrons and staff, excellent and PLENTIFUL food, at a great price. We returned every night of our 4 day trip, wishing for more. Thanks, Ned, for a wonderful time!
Brought the family all the way out to go eat here. Checked online to see what time they close and it said 8pm. We got there at 725 and the kid at the door said “sorry but the kitchen closes in 2 minutes”. I thought the food was pretty good when I went there for lunch so I wanted the family to try it. Pretty disappointed in how we were treated.
I live in Decatur, TN...so I visited Crossville to partake in some Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale on Draught. I had a Ribeye and took home a Pizza. The Ribeye was very Good. The side of Sugar Snap peas..excellent. My two issues are they are the first restaurant that Did Not give a Veterans Discount. I usually see 5-15%. The other issue was a 3.5% credit card fee, that is the highest I have seen. The Draft beer was expensive compared to the SAME in Chattanooga. The Pizza I took was OK.
Best local sports bar in Crossville hands down. Food is fresh delicious, beers are cold with large selection of craft brews on tap and staff is great. Love the live music weekly on Friday and such a fun outdoor area.
Do not eat here. I am sorry to say. If you enjoy frozen food from a box heated up then go ahead and give it a try. As the owner you should really reflect and wonder if you are doing the right thing..
First time there. I picked a good day as it wasn't very crowded. Still, service was a little slow. I think because they were short staffed.Nice selection of food. Place was clean. Sports atmosphere.
I come to Crossville once a month and always stop by here twice. Best wings I've had in this town and one of the better steaks too. Einstock Porter on tap is a nice surprise. I haven't had anything here that I didn't enjoy.
