You can never go wrong with Shoneys breakfast! Along with the wonderful service by Lecosta and her trainee Adrian!!
This has been my favorite Shoney's for many years. Lunch & dinner buffet is always fresh & of great quality. The facility is always spic-n-span fresh. One of the remaining few, they represent the brand very well.
We were disappointed. We hadn't been to a shoney's in years. We ate the buffet. A lot of the food was old and dried out. There weren't a lot of people there so the food was not replaced often. Had problems just trying to find a spoon off of the salad bar to eat my soup with. The salads seemed the freshest and they tasted good but the hot foods not so much.
Our waitress Laura is top notch!!! She made this visit so worth itTo boot the buffet was very very good! Flavor and variety. Had breakfast and lunch plates!Thank you Laura for you bring you!!!
Called the day before & was told they offered full breakfast bar all day. We arrived at 10 am & 3/4 of bar was empty or converting to lunch & salad items. Another guest stated that she was told it be served until noon & when I asked our waitress she stated 11. When I pointed out that it was only 10, she looked at my phone time & shrugged her shoulders stating that sometimes the girl starts early. Totally dissatisfied with poor quality of remaining items & false info. Will NEVER return.

Regular Shoney's restaurant experience with typical American fare. The food was hot and adequately prepared; the service was indeed exceptional. Just remember, this is not a fancy, fine dining venture. My only complaint with any Shoney's is that their dining areas are almost always noisy; and the booths, chairs and tables get pushed around to close together. The Crossville location is a friendly and reliable restaurant in which to eat.
Came to Tennessee to visit my mom. Our server Rachel was the best server we had our entire visit. She was amazing and very friendly. The restaurant felt very welcoming like they knew us. Rachel went above and beyond to make the visit great. The food wasn’t the best but the service made up for it all!
They have excellent food especially on their buffet. Also have a great selection of food. What do I have to do to get the buffet for 2 adults Free one time?! With the pandemic times are hard my pregnant wife and I are hungry!!
Nasty. Must have come in to late. 630pm. Overcooked, bar was old and just plain nasty. Side order of onion rings, see pic, was $3.00 and only five rings. ?
