The fruity strawberry ? margaritas ? are the best! Ask for Adam for your bartender needs. Also the chicken wings are great too! Give them a try!
we ordered two cheeseburgers. one medium and one medium rare. Both were well done fries were cold and the appetizer was cheese sticks which were cold and the bill was $35.00. The waitress was friendly but scatterbrained and all the wrong toppings were on the burgers. Never going back again.
Salad bar was good, baked potato was good, steak was terrible. You could tell it was frozen and defrosted in the microwave. Chewy and tough. Couldn't even eat it. Service was good.Next visit. Waited forever for food only to be told they had to remake our order and offered a discount. My wife's burger show up burnt and bun was burnt. By this time she was so hungry she ate it. She ordered a bake potato with butter, no butter. I literally ate my entire meal, while my wife was still waiting for butter and had no drink the entire time. All the ketchup bottles were empty. Went through 6 bottles, all empty. Got another glass of water, water was brown. Bacon on the burger was barely cooked. Won't be back. Service is terrible. Food could be good, but cooks need to do better. Flys inside buzzing around.
My wife and I were in Crossville Tn for our 39th wedding anniversary and I was checking to see if there was a Longhorn steakhouse but the closest one was Cookeville Tn so I decided to go to Ruby Tuesday. We remembered that they offered an excellent salad bar in the past, but many places where we ate before were closed down. When we entered the door we could see the long, well supplied bar from the welcome desk so we were pleased. There was no wait, we were served promptly, and the food arrived in an appropriate amount of time. The waiter was courteous, and very attentive, so we were satisfied with our decision. I chose the salmon and my wife chose the steak fajitas and both the choices were tasty. There were many great choices on the menu and the desserts looked scrumptious but we exercised self control and passed on dessert. The bill was reasonable and our evening at Ruby Tuesday was enjoyable, so if you pass thru, give them a try, you won't regret it.
Really enjoyed this chain for a long time, but found this RT back about two decades ago. Have really enjoyed it. Ate there this past Memorial Day and it was outstanding. Store was super clean, food was great, salad bar really has gotten to be even better lately. Our server Haylee (I don't remember the spelling) treated us like royalty. She really understands customer service. Manager, Aaron, was really kind and was very patient when I had a payment issue. That was an all around good experience.
Easy parking. No waiting. Matthew was our server and was very pleasant. The salad bar was fresh and good, but the coconut shrimp were greasy and the boneless chicken wings were tough and a bit stringy. The chairs had some type of food or drink rings, so I wiped them off. The floor had an old French fry, some pasta and a piece of broccoli, so were had to be careful where we placed our feet. We'll try again, hoping for better results in the future.
Love the salad bar. My husband had burger and fries. He said they were very good. We had an excellent server. His name was James. Very attentive and knowledgeable.
Good friend took me to lunch at Ruby Tuesday for their great salad bar. As the bill came I mentioned that it was fun birthday lunch & server said she would bring ice cream bowl with 2 spoons! Added to very positive experience!
Well, where to start. The waitress was friendly and the service was good. The only reason for the extra star was cause she was good.We ordered a few drinks and they messed up the long island. My girlfriend's chicken parmesan on penne pasta was dry. Look at the pics. The sauce was decent.I ordered the special steak and side for $10. Thought it couldn't go wrong, but I was wrong. All the portions were ration sized for the price. I mean they could have put my steak and potatoes on a smaller plate to make it look bigger. Got medium instead of medium rare. A good steak doesn't need steak sauce, but this definitely did.Not a big fan of food chain restaurants and this kinda reminds me why.
Great food and service. We stopped in just before rush hour and got a table right away. The person who served us was more then friendly. The food was hot and good. This was our first time at this location but we will be back.
