I knew they would be busy so I called in my order 30 min ahead of time. My order was still pending when I got there. It was probably 15 min more once I got there. This was for a standard burger and fries. The food was very good, but plan on 45-60 min to get your food.

We're staying at Fairfield Glade. Our concierge suggested we try Red's. I'm glad we did. I had the Ribeye steak. It was perfectly seasoned. The sweet potato waffle fries were also great. My husband enjoyed the homemade meatloaf and mashed potatoes.

After a long day stopped in for the first time to eat with my wife on a Friday night. I definitely don’t recommend going past 9 PM because restaurant is closed and only bar is open. The staff was extremely friendly And offered to serve us food in the bar area so we proceeded on. After entering bar area karaoke that was taking place was so loud we could not communicate with each other at all. We then proceeded to get our food as carry out and took it to our rooms. Food was extremely greasy and soggy by the time we got to eat and had to place it back in the oven to try and make it edible. I’m hoping our next experience (if we try again maybe in the day) will be much better. ?

It's bar food, it was fresh and tasty, nothing fancy. Just a place to have a burger and a beer without having to sit in a bar. The waitress was wonderful and made the entire visit enjoyable.

Incredibly disappointing. Had high hopes of a good experience but ended quickly. I ordered chicken tenders. Wife had patty melt. Her sandwich was just OK, edible but not much flavor. My tenders were from Dairy Queen! The same exact quality PROCESSED frozen garbage they serve. For $12.95 I expected a much better product. We will not return nor recommend

Chicken teriyaki was so tender and juicy, most places overcook the crap out of it. Mashed potatoes were flavorful and I usually don’t get mashed, but so glad I did!

The pub is a dive! and like all dive pubs the service was absolutely amazing. I ordered wings which were awesome and the wife ordered the French dip and I didn't have to finish it for her . Love it and would definitely recommend it . We went on a Sunday and they close at 6. We left at 6:30 and they were still serving. Great place. Shannon was the bartender and waitress. She rocks!!!

Waited 15 minutes or more after being seated before waitress finally came to table. Food was mediocre at best. Had meat loaf plate with gravy...both meat and mashed potatoes were smothered in gravy which appeared to be right out of the jar, congealed and barely warmed...scraped most off. My wife's burger was the same, just warm...though the sweet potato fries were piping hot. They were busy, but between 20 minutes waiting for a server, and another 20 just to get a mediocre meal...not happy. It was our first time there at Red's Ale House, and since we head home tomorrow, I really doubt we'd be going back.

Very small, out dated restaurant. Staff seems to be overwhelmed. Food is very bland and takes an extended time to be served.

We picked up a mushroom burger and fries to go. It was excellent!
