I AM A ONE TIME VISITOR NOT A REGULAR! But my visit here was a great one. Super packed, but still clean. Actually had someone cleaning tables. Food was hot and veryyyyy veryyyyyy fast! Everyone was nice. My cashier was super funny and sweet. She kept standing at the counter rubbing her feet by sticking her hands into her shoes which was kinda gross. But hell of ya feet hurt, and you’re not handling food, I guess rub them bad boys. Would return again.
Food was fresh we had to wait a minute but we had a large order (100$ worth of food) great staff
Literally I was told by the young lady taking money at the first window to stop talking she was busy training and she would let me know when she was speaking to me. And then didn’t understand when I laid my money on the bricks outside the window and told her I was done speaking to her. You can’t treat customers like that. Or well, here, you can. And then have the manager disregard it and simply smile at you and say have a nice day mam. If you think this ok, you weren’t raised right.
After stopping to get food one day and them leaving part of the food out,I stopped the next day because I was in a hurry to get to work. Got two meals,paid more than what they were worth. Drive down the road and after two bites of a sloppily put together burger, I realize the burger is raw. Just absolutely raw. I would warn anyone not to eat here since your or your child's safety doesn't seem to matter to management here. Yes,they were contacted and literally rolled their ?. If I don't have time to go to the McDonald's anywhere else,u just won't go. Ecole is a real and dangerous thing.
My husband went in to order. the original cashier was polite nd attentive. That's where the good part of the visit ends. They called my husband put his bag on the counter nd walked away. He had to call them back twice to get everything he ordered. While he was waiting for them to come back an older gentleman was trying to get someone's attention as he had ordered a break fast platter and wasn't given any butter. When someone came over she basically scolded him for asking her for something that is supposed to come with the meal, saying "I'm a Lil busy with other orders." Kind of sarcastically nd definitely with an annoyed attitude. She then walked away nd when my husband reminded her that he too was waiting for something he paid for but didn't get she called someone else to help him nd then went outside. The food for the most part was good. Part of my sausage mcmuffin was burnt, but that wasn't the worst part of the visit. The service was
McDonalds does a wonderful job of disappointing its customers. No Shamrock Shake on St. Patrick's Day and no adhearance to the secret menu. C'mon. Get with it.
Very simply, I guess good, reliable help is hard to find, these days. French fries tasted of burnt oil and in serious need of changing. And while I'm at it, the big Mac was cold. The sandwich was sloppily assembled. There is a reason I don't eat a lot of McDonald's and I was just reminded why. I won't be back, ever!
If you go in to eat be prepared to wait for someone to show up to take your order. The new remodel took the public out of view from the worker's.
Fresh hot food. Staff was very nice. Clean dining area. Clean restrooms.
