So on the morning of 6/22/22 around 5:25am was sitting in the drive through ordering breakfast so can eat on my 40 minute drive home, speaker person was friendly but a little quite! It's a very busy location. They seem to have fresh fries most of the time.
Used the app and my points to get a free burger and went thru the drive thru and gave them my code. They told me my code froze there system. Manager comes up absolutely rude and says I need to pay for it so I tell her I gotta pay and use my points. Her and the drive thru lady look at me like I'm trying to pull a fast one for a 5 dollar burger. So I just drove off. App deleted and will never be back! That manager has no business dealing with customers She needs to be demoted
Really wanted a cold iced coffee with mocha...all they could make was a hot coffee with mocha...gotta love McDonald's
Honestly I can't remember the last time that had a satisfying experience with this fast food giant. The stars are for the size of the frozen coffee that I received with the order.

Drive thru is ridiculous. I'd rather use the mobile app because when you're in a big of a rush and wanna use the drive thru, they're prepared at the window to tell you to pull up... be prepared to wait even for 2 burgers and a fry.
Closing before 1:30am everynight until 3/4am, meaning those of us getting off work are screwed because Taco Bell is the only other late fast food and theyre actually supposed to be closed. That's apparently cool with management?
Food is usually fresh as they are always busy. Orders are normally correct but drive thru can be slow (I believe that is a shortage of workers overall).
