The store in crossville tenn is a joke , there is no management and the personal there has no clue what they are doing.Call last week i call.and tge gentlemen there said he could not take my.order because he had no knowledge of how to put it into their system . NowMy wife orders a pizza on line goes to the store and she finds out the pizza is wrong per our order, and my wife asked for her money back and at first she was told no , after the young lady called the.manager they refunded my wifes money and TOLD HER TO GET OUT OF THE STORE OR THEY WOULD CALL THE POLICE . Heck that is no way to treat paying customers. One word for Marco Pizza owner of crossville tn. You will not stay in business long when you treat good paying customers like dirt .
Had to wait awhile for the Pizza to be made and when it was done we weren't notified right away. Didn't really care for the pizza so I won't be back.
Pizza is hard to make particularly well for a good price but Marco's is probably the best bang for your buck with pizza that actually tastes like something. Is it real quality pizza? No, but unless your willing to travel for quite some number of hours it's the best your gonna get.
It has some good food it is really worth the money 10/10. Would go there again some of the best service ever. P.S only go there if you like pasta or pizza.

Friendly staff, good price, yummy food even reheated the next day.
Update: Marcos contacted me and is in the process of making it right. Thank you MarcosFirst I arrived and was told by app to wait in the car. 15 minute later I went in and told them I was waiting they gave me my now less than hot pizza. Got home and one pizza was just about uneatable. The crust just flaked off in layers and you could squeeze the grease out of it. Also barely had any sauce on it. I asked for white and red sauce and couldn't tell if any sauce was on it at all Usually the pizza is great, my favorite pizza place in our town.
Called repeatedlyover 9 times Wednesday evening for over twenty minutes to order two large pizzas no one at any time answered the phone there is a clear lack of professionalism and customer service but hey as long as the repeated recording works you can sit at work and play on your cell phones and ignore the phone ! Makes the job that much easier ! It’s like a free pay check so if you want a job and sit and do nothing apply here!
Wings was burnt. Couldn’t taste the buffalo sauce. And gave my husband food poisoning
