Early Monday morning breakfast. I was in a not so happy mood until I stopped here. The person that took my order was so cheerful and glad to help. That changed my day completely. Thank you for good food and great service.
I often get their burgers & chicken sandwiches & they're usually pretty good considering that the area around the resterount looks like a ghost town after breakfast hours
Got the new hot honey chicken sandwhich and it didnt even have the sauce!!! This place is ridiculous. I am surprised this store is even in business. With my managment experience i have and the cleanliness of the store and service of cashiers i am not pleased. This place is a complete ***tshow. I've been a billion times as i have lived here my entire life, every time is a disappointment. Get your store together managers and employees.
Hardees has gotten worse and worse. I used to stop every morning on my way to work. Now very seldom because everytime I go thru the drive thru they mess up my order. Every. Single. Time. Order 2 sausage biscuits I end up with one. Coffee was cold this morning. I ordered the biscuits and gravy combo and when I got to work and opened the container I see French toast sticks. They did manage to get my hashbrowns right. I won't be stopping anymore. Mcdonalds will be getting my business from now on. Hardees has had their chance but they can't seem to get one order right. Horrible
I had to wait for at least 10 minutes before placing my order little lone the food. They need help there was one girl running drive thru an Frontline. If there had been more customers than me it would have been a disaster. She was running herself to death trying to keep up. She apologized but I knew she was alone I told her don't worry about me your fine.
The 3 piece chicken tenders were so small that they looked like a be child's meal.
Sat in drive thru for a good bit. Pulled forward and backed up. Never waited on. Staff going to and from cars. Never acknowledged us. Went to McDonald's instead.
Had to tell them twice what I wanted then they gave me the wrong thing and didn't tell me they didn't have that product no more and what they served was cold. The worst Hardee's I've ever eat at
They can't get an order right to start with. Then when you try to correct that order they claim thats not what you said even though the whole car heard you. The order was not on the receipt either. They are very rude at this location. I will never eat at this Hardee's again. Oh and by the way there was hair in our fries. Employees do not wear hair nets and they were not wearing a mask.
So short staffed. Not the employee's fault. Took a long time to get order taken and to get food. The employees were nice and working hard to keep up.Got incorrect dipping sauce but what we got was ok, just not what we wanted.I hope it gets better.
