Foods always good. Plenty of workers, and you will be eating a delicious meal of your choice in a few minutes. Never a bad choice on their menu.
We were tired and decided to go light. We both had the salad bar. The soups were very good and all of the items were very fresh. I wish they had leaves other than iceberg. The service was just great and the salad bar was constantly being maintained. We will gladly return.
Been here a few times. Great service each time and really good food. Being from the Chicago area it's hard to find good pizza in TN, but Gondola pizza is very good. In some ways, better than Chicago. They keep a really nice salad and soup bar.
I can't believe we have lived here 3 years and never tried Gondolas, until recently. The salad bar is so good, but the service is even better. Seated right away both times we've went and each waitress was attentive and kind.
Very busy restaurant. They had hours notice to prepare for our group of 13, but kept us waiting for 45 minutes past our reservation time. The NY strip steak was paper thin and tasteless. The baked potato was under done. The server was excellent.
Gondola has been a favorite family stop for more than 30 years. The food and service is always excellent. Our favorite meal is the Gyro and salad bar. Parking is excellent.
The staff was really great. She had been there since 4am and you could tell she was a pro. It was very busy but she managed to wait on us and however many other tables while also looking like she might have been training as well. The service was fast and efficient. The steak was cooked exactly as asked, rare. The endless salad bar was a huge hit.
First time, was really good. Staff was super friendly and very tentative. Seems like that is something forgotten now days. Food was really good. It was all in all a great experience.

It was my first visit. I am not disappointed. The salad bar is great. I tried the fried flounder sandwich. It's a winner. I plan to take the family this Saturday. I give anybody a 5 star encouragement to visit this restaurant in Crossville TN.
