Love this place. Puts Subway to shame. --UPDATE-- 4/15/22--The only problem is they are s-l-o-w. We go in, no other customers, we order and wait 35 minutes for 2 sandwiches but they were putting at least 5 orders on a rack by the front door. You would think they would take care of a WAITING customer first. The orders were right and still very good. I don't know the girls name that prepared our sandwiches but she was very nice.

This is the second time that my family ordered online from this location, and each time they have gotten my order completely wrong. This time, as you can see from the receipt next to the sandwich, it was supposed to have meat, cheese, peppers, and sauteed onions. When we got home, this is what they actually gave me. We tried to call them and they are closed. We have only ordered online so there is no way that this could have been misconstrued or lost in translation. They also left out my part of my daughter's kids meal this time. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go eat my lettuce sandwich.?????‍♀️

March 21st approx 8:00 pm. Terrible experience. My family was treated horribly. They even commented that it was bad of us to come an hour before they closed. They also said, “by the way, the dining room is closed and we would have to take our order to go.” We said that was fine but felt uneasy and unwelcome. They shook their head the whole time making our sandwiches. Very unwelcoming environment. Not family friendly at all. When we got home, we noticed our sandwiches were poorly made and did not taste very good.

Six of us got here at 8pm - 1 hour before closing and they told us we couldn’t eat in the lobby, had to take the food to go. We ordered and waited and the sandwich maker kept looking over the counter staring at us and shaking his head, rolling his eyes and complaining that we came in one hour before closing. My husband asked if there was a problem when he would not stop staring and shaking his head and he said no. Then we got our bag of subs and were making sure we had everything and he raised his voice to us and said “is there a problem?” My husband said “yes I don’t understand what your problem is, we didn’t do anything wrong just ordered food.” And he said “you came in one hour before closing.” Then the female employee told us we had to calm down and sit down or get out (but we couldn’t sit down to eat because the lobby was closed..) She gave us the middle finger. There were four people working so didn’t seem to be short staffed. We wanted to try out the new Firehouse while family was together in town for a funeral and it was a big disappointment to see employees that don’t want to work and were so disrespectful.

We went to try out Firehouse subs with our family since we were altogether for my father’s funeral. While we were ordering, they informed us that the dining room was closed multiple times. There were 6 of us and my two small children. We came in an hour before closing, and we were treated terribly by one guy in particular. He was pointing at us and shaking his head and even stated that it was because we came in an HOUR before closing. There weren’t any other customers there and there were 4 people working, so they didn’t seem to be busy or understaffed. We were all very confused on his behavior. It was a terrible experience for our family. We have already had to deal with so much with burying our father the day prior to this. What was supposed to be a nice family outing before we all had to split ways turned into a disappointment. :(

So here it is Saturday 2:00 p.m. and we decided we wanted to latr lunch. we walk into Firehouse subs where there are four employees working on the line and one in the back and immediately we are informed that it will be a 30-minute wait for them to make us a hoagie and I said is there something wrong and the reply was were short staffed if you have five people making hoagies and it's going to take you 30 minutes to make a hoagie for someone that's standing in front of you there's certainly a problem there was only one person in the restaurant waiting. Sure I'm grateful that they made us aware that they were busy but to turn business away I find very wrong so we went elsewhere as I will continue to. I like their subs but certainly not worth a 30 minute wait. Maybe Corporate should take a look at this store and get them proper help and training.

We love Firehouse subs!! I had a small Italian sub, my husband had a large Italian sub...Delicious!! Staff would greet at the door.

took my order then gave me sandwich with half of the stuff missing and then when i asked for the right order they said they were out of everything. so they just made the sandwich and didnt tell me they were out of everything i ordered.

always get great subs! very friendly staff, shout out to the tiny blonde Courtney...she is the sweetest! they have a wonderful employee with her! Facts?
