After we paid for our order in the drive thru, the cashier asked if we wanted our change?!?! Was this his way of asking for a tip?? If the service was worth it, I would have tipped them. The fact that he asked to keep the change was enough for us not to. The service was slow and one of our drinks was forgotten about after the cashier hit his head in the window. We will definitely not go back. We used to love DD but lately it has not been worth our time or money, and this doesn’t just go for one location. Tim Hortens has has better coffee and service.
Stale donuts at 830 am seriously...disgusting- asked about white or chocolate cream donuts and was told "nope not today" its a Dunkin signature donut and you don't have any...??? the powder on the jelly donuts was so hard it broke off in big flakes... gee we can't take care of our customers let's open another...which is worse then this one
I always order from the app, last 3 times I've went there has been horrible. Yesterday my coffee WAS NOT what I ordered and even had to wait for them to fix it (after I placed it online 10 minutes before I arrived) and I was the only person there. The day before that took them 3 tries to give me the correct order. D.D. you need to step up your game, hopefully the new store will be better. I get the short staff issue, but that doesn't give you right to just give people what you feel like making for them!! Probably won't be back to this location.
Tks is the 3rd time I have been to that exact dunkin and asked for munchkins. Every time they do not have them.Today they didn't have chocolate and barely had any blueberry.They should take it off the menu.
Slow, not 1 worker in a hurry to get an order out. They were busy, appeared to have plenty of workers and all talking moving at a turtles pace. Donut was dry but to be expected from a frozen product
Got my coffee pretty fast but the line was outrageous. They had a trainee at the front counter at the busiest time of the day which was bad management in my opinion. I heard other crew members correcting the trainee multiple times for sending a order in which they couldn’t fill due to supplies. This upset many customers within my twenty mins alone standing waiting for my sandwich. This store needs more training, just keep driving to the next Dunkin if you really want it
Fast service, good donuts. Best to get them of a morning though cause by the end of the day they get a little hard.

It was good but there was only one girl helping everyone and doing the drive thru... 2 other employees just like a deer in headlights... Should have people knowing what they are doing during busy times the cars were all the way to the main road inside was crazy and this poor girl and older woman at drive thru doing everything... They deserve a raise! Without them your business would fall apart...
