This place is ridiculous, just wanted to get something quick to eat. The guy at the window was honestly so rude and careless and yes the food is cheap, but if i’m paying money, I expect to get all of it. Didn’t put my bread or gravy in the box, the side of queso that i paid for was thrown in and dumped on all my food. As someone who works in the service industry, if you don’t want to do your job, then quit because this was a truly terrible experience. Main Street Dairy Queen is 100% better. Always satisfied there.
Man this is the place to go if you want your system cleaned out! Lol. I've tried this place a few times over the last 13+ years. I've never had a good experience here. Everything from sloppy, cold, over cooked, undercooked, machines broken, bugs in the food. Only very few of everyone I have ever talked can say anything remotely decent. The constant changing crew does seem to try, but you can only do so much. The other dairy queen a couple miles away is so much better.
Got there just in time, as they were closing early due to staffing issues. Staff were friendly and accommodating, food was hot and made fresh to order, though our dipping sauces were left out (only reason for a 4).
I stopped for an ice cream cone. The service was excellent and fast. The cone was AWESOME! as usual! One of my favorite stops - always fast and delicious!
We ordered a quick snack while out running errands.We chose the 2 for $4 deal for a cheeseburger and a chili dog_ added a regular fry and regular drink_Our total was almost $13and looked at the window clerk in disbelief_Cars lined up behind us so we drove away only to open the bag and find (2) chili dogs, charged us for the cheeseburger (supposed to be with one chili dog) and the drink was coke instead of diet coke as we had ordered as well.Don't know what else to say but sometimes if you work in the public; it may go smoother if you listen to guests when they order their food.
Their microphone was out the day I went through drive through so we ordered at the window. The food was delicious. I just felt bad for the 2 cats behind me waiting to order. I don't understand why they didn't have me pull forward to wait for my food so they could take the other two orders. Instead they had me wait at the window till my food came out. I just thought their misfortune could have been better managed for other customers. The food was delicious though!
Drive thru can be slow at times but it moves. Always good food. The employees have always been nice. Have been here several times in the past and will return when I have the taste for DQ.
The male manager in the DQ is one of the most rude folks I've ever seen. I've seen and heard him yell and cuss in front of customers. Glad Bucc-ees is coming soon to this area!
Poor management they close their store 30 minutes early so they don't have to work idk how these fast food places around here stay in business they are not the only place that dose this...
Their new workers were much needed. They have much better service than before. We went for months and they never got our order right. Time after time it was always go back for cutlery, missing items we had ordered, wrong orders...always something. But now it's smoothly ran and they seem to have it down and running smoothly. The food is always good. My 6 year Olds favorite spot to eat while in Crossville, TN.
