I go for the peanut butter milkshakes or a fish sandwich. I like it without the bread. This fish would be great as a fish basket dinner.
I dont do this ever, but I just had the worst customer service experience at the Main Street Dairy Queen ever. I had an order that included two grilled chicken sandwiches no mayo add honey mustard. The issue was they put regular mustard instead of honey... not a big deal I went to the speaker, told them what happened no problem. Well, I get to the window, the girl asks for my card now normally I wouldve said something but it was late and I understand that they did give me two sandwiches they they can't resell so I was just like, "No biggie". Well apparently they thought I was the order behind and charged me for that order. They did refund me from the till. Again, I'm still not mad, just a miscommunication. What made me mad and why I will never go back there is the girl asked for the sandwiches back with an attitude after interrogating me as to why there was an issue. Angrily threw them in the trash can and said, "You need to pull up to the exit, you'll be waiting awhile!!" After that I left and went to Wendy's for the chicken sandwiches. On my way home, I called up there. Had to call 4 times before anyone answered. The manager answered and yes I was upset and yes I had an attitude at this point, but I was not directing my anger at the manager. I just stated the truth, I was treated the worst I'd ever been treated at any establishment and that I would not be back. The manager proceeded to get an attitude as well and tried to "explain" what happened and said that if I interrupted her she'd hang up. All I asked and granted it did have frustration behind it, was "Does she not understand why I'm upset." She said ok have a good day and hung up. That's fine, but that is no way to treat a customer especially one that frequents it almost every week especially on weekends. I work in customer service. I am beyond understanding of mistakes, but if I treated a client of mine on the phone the way I was treated tonight, I would rightly be fired on the spot. It is unacceptable and I thought the public should know.

Left my blizzard on the counter to melt while the redhead flirted and counted keep her hands off the tall male coworker who had his hands in his shirt rubbing all over his stomach. I hope neither are allowed in the food prep area. Wouldn’t give my son his kids come that comes with the kids meal until we removed the coupon from his meals bag and placed a separate order. Absolutely pathetic.
I had a poor service experience, I ordered the hot dog combo, the chili was burnt,no cheese on my hot dog,when I returned it and ask for just cheese because the chili was absolutely terrible..I got a new hot dog with shredded cheese which was still out of the bag..lobby was closed and the manager was less than helpful..I wont be returning. This dairy queen was the best in the past,now iui ts something else..poor food,poor service, and expensive to want food that you will not receive..good luck with your hunger,will not be met herr.i wont be back,at the cost I pay I should receive what I ordered
Breakfast is amazing!!! Gravy and biscuit is my favorite lol ? for lunch I normally will always get the tender basket with extra gravy.. The wait time is not bad inside or drive thru
I don't know what they served me but it wasn't fresh made. They took the cup out of the freezer. When I saw this, in hind side I should have questioned. This is the only blizzard I order and it was terrible. Had something in it, thinking it was cookie dough. Don't know why it wasn't made fresh. Ice cream was hard frozen.
