Stopped in for lunch in Crossville, we had the steak fajitas delicious! We will be back. The homemade salsa and bean dip was great.

Went to this restaurant and was told I was a liar because I sent the plate back exactly like this because the food tasted awful . Mind you this was supposed to be a taco salad . When I spoke to the manager they told me my plate was clean when it went back to the kitchen which it absolutely wasn’t because the manager even offered to give me something else because I didn’t eat it. Needless to say I got charged for a bowl of which was basically soup instead of a salad and took two bites out of it and they wouldn’t make it right! Horrible service and totally unprofessional.
This is literally the best Mexican restaurant in crossville! You have to go there, the food is amazing! And the service is impeccable ❤️???? definitely give this 10 out of 10
I absolutely love Casa and the servers! My number one pick in Cumberland Co for Mexican cuisine, I always get the shrimp and scallops in the grilled Pineapple ❤️ and pick at my family's plates to try different meals.I've tried the other Mexican restaurant's in town but this one is my favorite by far and the margaritas are amazing ?
Don't waste your money. This used to be a great restaurant, but not anymore. No good service, we ate fajitas and they were like eating boiled chicken and vegetables. My son found a hair in his burrito and cheese, the staff dont understand about half of what you ask. The guacamole which normally is so good was just ok, big chunks of avocados, and lacked that fresh flavor.Don't bother mentioning how it wasn't good at the register, it just falls on deaf ears. And we were checked out by the taller Mgr lady, if you eat there you'll know who I'm talking about.Never again.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Ordered deep fried chimis, received soft tortilla instead. Jalapeño poppers were sub par. I called and ask if they’d remake it. He told me it’s door dashes fault for taking too long. A.) I got the food within about thirty minutes of placing. B.) I can tell the difference between a fried item that’s sat awhile and something that’s never been fried. This guy literally argued with me about how I don’t know what I’m talking about for five min. No refund, no remaking of food or anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MOBEY. Go to Cancun restaurant on peavine road within ten minutes away. Astronomically better and they have service skills.

Super nice wait staff. Prompt service. I love the Chicken Tortilla Soup. My husband tried the Polla Rogas (SP)?. Really delicious. We have to watch our carbs(diabetes and Hubs on low carb). They really know how to saute the vegies, really good without over use of oils. Love it. Will be glad when they get their liquor license. My hubs likes Margaritas
Very large menu. Was Recommended to us by the locals of Crossville. Pleasantly impressed by the freshness and quality of food. We got fajitas which were as good as our favorite spot back home. The server was friendly. My margarita was decent. Would recommend this place. Churros were fresh and delicious.
