STAFF IS EXTREMELY EXTREMELY RUDE TO ANYONE WORKING DOOR DASH !!!! THEY DO NOT TREAT US FAIR!! YOU WOULDN’T EVEN BE MAKING THAT SALE IF IF WASN’T FOR US DASHERS!! I HAVE TO PLACE THE ORDER MYSELF-NOT A HUGE DEAL BUT INCONVENIENT NONE THE LESS. BUT HOW ABOUT HAVING SOME MANNERS OR ANY BIT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TOWARD US??!!! I am NEVER rude to anyone when I come there, always have manners! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE & I HOPE THEY SHUT DOWN & THE PPL WHO TREAT US LIKE DIRT HERE HAVE TO STRUGGLE TO MAKE IT. MAYBE YAL WILL BECOME MORE HUMBLE!! AWFUL AWFUL PLACE!!! I WILL NEVER HELP MAKE YAL MONEY EVER EVER AGAIN & ILL REFER ROMOS THATS RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD TO EVERYONE!!! We ate here during a ball tournament. Our server was so sweet and took great care of us. The drinks are good and strong. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in the Crossville area.
The staff was friendly and helpful in making decisions about what to order and the food was great! It was the Best Mexican food I have had in a long time!
Needed a margarita and some food. Nice atmosphere. Good family food, hot and a lot of it. Strawberry margarita hit the spot. Reall enjoyed my visit.
4 generations of my family went in after family event. They didn't know we were coming but took good care of us. Food was very good and the chips,salsa and Cheese dip very good and they kept it coming whole time there. Sons and some older had mixed drinks, sweet tea was good what I had. Be going back with just wife and I next time.
