First visit....very friendly staff! Ease of ordering, helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of the restaurant, food appearance are above 5 stars and the iced tea is 10 stars. I will be back and will be telling others to try Bojangles. I want to compliment again on the friendliness of staff. It made a very positive impression on me about Bojangles. Glad for the personal touch this restaurant has.
Ok let me start off by saying I love thier food it's a great place to eat the problem I had was online it says they open at 5am on Sunday. I passed other restaurants I knew were open (golden arches) to go here and was thinking ok I'll get a biscuit here and I get in the drive thru and sit there for around 5 minutes before a lady comes to the lobby window and says they open at 6. I couldn't wait so I left. Just would be nice if they edited the hours online if they're normally open at 6 instead of 5. But other than that like I said good food
On 4/16/22 in the afternoon I ran through the drive thru which took way longer than it should having to repeat myself over and over.Then I sat in line which was only one other vehicle but sat waiting for about 10 minutes.Then when I get to the window the girl tells me that they don't have any white meat .After all that time I waited for nothing.It would seem if anyone cared about the customers they should have said that when I ordered.So hey thanks for waisting my time.Im getting sick of this store.The people working there have the worst attitude s.Maybe they should think of finding a job they like and stop ruining peoples day

When in Crossville, I consistently get the hottest food and quickest service of any other FF place in town. It tastes great too.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! Horrible customer service! My husband and I stopped in to get some boberry biscuits to take back to our kids in Missouri as we have always done when passing through. They only had 3 available and said it would take atleast 10 minutes to make others. We said we didn't mind and that would be just fine. The lady went in the back to tell them we had ordered 3 dozen and came back and said they weren't going to be making anymore at this time,but we could get the cinnamon ones and was very short and rude about it. We explained we were from out of town, crunched for time and were stopping in to pick up some to take back to our kids and grandkids. They didn't seem to care and said all they were offering would be the cinnamon ones to us. We have never had a problem before, and have stopped at many other locations and have always gotten what we ordered. And it would have been different if they had been extremely busy and short staffed, but there was no other persons in the lobby and only 2 cars in the drive-thru and seemed to have plenty of staff. Very disappointed in this location!
Tried Bojangles Biscuits and Gravy the other morning and I was pleasantly surprised! I will be going back in the future. Yummy ?
First time ever trying Bojangles.Would be 0 stars if I had the option.Pulled to the drivethru to order around 9:20.Sat there till 9:40 before an employee knocked on the window and signaled me to come around to the cashier.When I pulled up to the cashier I asked if they were open (they close at 10)She said "We are closing down what do you need" with a very mean attitude.That's how you run a business?Will never go here again.
To bad you can't leave 0 stars. I don't want to hear short staffed on this one. Called in a order for pick up. Was told 15 min. No problem. I waited 15 min before leaving home. 10 min drive there.went in. 7 employees working. 1 table in use in restaurant. No one in drive thru. Went to counter after a couple minutes the employee looked up from her personal computer and said if you're wanting to order go to other end. I said I had a call in. She said ok and went back to her computer. About 10 min later she told the ones in the back to fix my order. To more people came in and stood there could not get service and left. Another group of 4 came in gave their order. About 20 min later I got my food.so after a hour from ordering i got my order. As I was leaving the girl looked up from her personal computer and told the ones in the back what the people who had ordered 20 min ago wanted. On top of all this the food was really awful. Chicken was so hard you couldn't eat it and sides what little bit there were of them cold. But the worker's were having a good time playing. Needless to say won't be back.
Delicious place to eat at or have a family gathering. The staff are nice and the inside is always clean. My suggestion is to be there before lunch rush.
