Delicious as always! Could use a 2 person team in drive through with 1 taking orders & another taking money & handing out the orders with 2 people in the kitchen making the food but I totally understand the shortage in staff. However, with that being said, I've been here several times & my order is always correct, the staff is friendly, & the food is delicious!!!
We ordered roast beef sliders without cheese. They had cheese on them. Another time we ordered a buffalo chicken slider with no ranch and when I went to bite into it I had a mouthful of smelly nasty ranch. I spit it all out and felt nauseated. Horrible, stupid, and incompetent. Get your stuff straight and hire competent workers than can follow a simple order please Arby's.
If I could leave no stars I would! Worst Arby's I have EVER been to. The line took thirty mins to move inside and they messed up my order (forgot cheese on my beef and cheddar) then hands me a cheese cup to pour on my sandwich as a remedy ?wth! Then the cook kept coming into the lobby to give his girlfriend that was sitting in a booth free food every few mins! Horrible food and staff and just plain poor service! Ordered and paid for a roast beef sandwich and crinkle fries with a large strawberry lemonade. Hubby ordered an 8 piece boneless wings, crinkle fries and a large lemonade. What we actually got was a French dip, a small strawberry lemonade small fries with no salt. Hubby actually got 4 chicken nuggets no fries and a small lemonade. Manager just shrugged and walked away to get on her phone. Really? Will not come back, ever.
We were in the drive thru at the Crossville Arbys at 12:15 on 4/9/22. the girl who was taking orders was so incredibly rude to us that we just pulled out and left. I've never had issues at this location but this girl was disrespectful.
Staff unfriendly, got order wrong. Food cold. Ants all over condiment bar. Food and trash in floors. Blocked off restrooms because they smell like marijuana.Can hear staff yelling and arguing from dining area. Horrible place to eat.
If I could give no stars, I would. Door locked without signs posted that they were closed at 6:30 on a Monday, even though people were inside and lights were on. Even if you're closing early because you're short-staffed, at least post a notice like DQ did.
The roast beef sandwiches are good but don't be so stingy with arby sauce!!. I always asked for extra and get one more packet. They treat it like gold!!
My husband picked me up a French dip sandwich last night. After attempting to eat it it was cold and the dip was thick cold and tasted old. Due to it being 8pm I believe they had not kept up on temperature of the food. Almost immediately after finishing my sandwich I was sick at my stomach and at 11 pm I'm still up running to the bathroom.Very disappointed.!!!
I have honestly tried so many times over the years. Yes, it's a chain fast food restaurant, so there's going to be different criteria as far as quality etc. Yeah, right now prices are up and all so it has nothing to do with that. But over the years, it's always been costly. But the worst thing that is so normal here are very long wait times and never getting the orders right. You never want to come here if you're on a timed lunch break. You just never know if you'll make it on time. Then when they screw your order up, you might as well be happy with what you get cause you really don't want to wait any longer for them to correct it. I mean, I've had several 20 minute wait times in the drive through. If you ask for sauces, you may not get them all or very few.
