I used the app to order a pickup order. I verified my order before it was placed. I received an order confirmation email and order was correct. I picked up my order and also confirmed order again. Got home and opened my order to find that it was partially incorrect. I ordered the Signature Club sandwich with no pickles and Zax sauce. All I received was a bun and chicken, nothing else. Very disappointed and have never had an issue before.
Food was hot off the press and very good! Staff informed me they would have to cook my food to order and it still came pretty quickly. I was greeted and thanked during my visit!
Food is usually good. I really have not had a real bad experience at this Zaxby.....Overall the food is good.
Good fast food option. Chicken tenders, wings, sauces. Unfortunately no dine in Feb 2022. Tasty. Fries get soggy by the time you drive them home.

Not as good as advertised, the grilled chicken sandwich not as good as the fried strip sandwich but we will try it again staff very friendly and helpful, our 1st visit

Honestly, it's just ok. I mean it's good, but not sure it's worth the premium price when you can get better flavor, better texture breading, and better fries at other chicken restaurants for same or better prices. Service was fast and friendly which can be hard to find nowadays so 5 stars for that!
Amazing service, fresh food, and fast and efficient. Hungry for a good quality meal then this is your place. I was very unsure of what I wanted being my first time at the place, but The Manager Jeremy Holmes helped me every step of the way and made sure I picked the right meal to satisfy my taste buds and was fresh.
