Ordered and showed up to pick up my food but they were closed. Had to dispute with my bank
I’m trying to figure out what business practices allow for a business to take orders and customers money. Close early no notification to customer, and then tell me to come back to get my food the next day since I paid… the store has been closed all day! So unnecessary for me to have call my bank and dispute the charges.
This place will not be open sometimes, but won't cut their online orders off. You can place an order for pickup and they'll just be CLOSED. Lunch time- closed. 6pm-closed.I went once and there were 2 workers in there and they were still telling me they were closed. It was 6:30.
My name is Cedric so I stop in on my lunch break. I have stop there before the service was horrible. On 1/31/22 I wanted wings so i stop at the Germantown Cordova location. I meet two people I believe the young lady name was Kenjerica and the young man was Jermaine. The store was clean and they was very professional unlike the crew in the pass. thanks to those two I will be coming back during my lunch break. good hire
???This location is by far the Worst Ever.... Why are they like this! Wingstop use to be good. I order a huge order Sunday they said they only did online orders so I place my order online, went to pick it up in 15 minutes and they are close. They don't ever answer the phone. I have traveled 25 minutes for the last 4 days to go there to get my money back but no one is ever there. They need to close this mess up! Whomever own this needs new management or close til they get it together. Now I just have to realize I have to take a lost on $20 I spent for food I will never get. I wish I could give them a zero star ?
I'm not quite sure what kind of animals you all are hiring to work in your establishment, but you all's hiring practices absolutely need to be revised! This evening I witnessed your female employee (far more of a beast than a woman) speek to my 15 year old son in a manner in which isn't even suitable for a dog. To top it off, we still didn't receive our order!!!! I've already contacted your corporate office regarding the matter and under no circumstances will I let this go until I receive my full refund and something is done regarding that female employee. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but I absolutely will be contacting your location tomorrow to make sure she's held accountable.
Placed an order on DoorDash at 7:00pm and they gave me someone’s order from 3:00pm that was highly unacceptable. Food was absolutely cold and dried up.

Trash establishment they always close early, never answer the phone, online ordering wasn’t working yesterday so I go up there today And they say they only doing online orders. Last time I actually went there my chicken was burnt to a crisp and they told me that’s how it’s supposed to be. Never going to this location again
