Very good service from the friendly wait staff. Food was also really good. My expectations were a bit low because of the fast food layout, but the burger and sandwich were both extremely yummy. You can tell the ingredients were fresh. The fries were slightly above average, I've had better and definitely had worse. The Cajun tots were far superior. You'll want to get extra sauce with the chicken sandwich too as the first bite without any sauce made me think it would be very bland. Getting farther into it though, it was pretty solid. Burger was smash style and you could taste the crust they put on it which I liked.
I went to the location in Germantown on the grand opening day, the servers were kind and the food was DELICIOUS. I ordered the double bacon burger, fries, and a café mocha milkshake. The food took a bit but it was well worth it!!
The Sour Patch Kids shake was delicious!! First time at Wayback and we’ll definitely be back! Staff was courteous and helpful. Restaurant was clean. Highly recommend!
My first time eating here, and it’s ok .. the pictures are overrated I ordered a rodeo burger, the meat was so bland no flavor whatsoever and the shake didn’t taste any better than an other shake from fast food . The price I paid was definitely NOT worth the food I received. Also ordered other food for my daughter haven’t asked her how hers was but mine was definitely not that good . I’m sure I won’t go back
First time eating here since seeing their offerings on Uber Eats. I was greeted promptly and friendly. I ordered single combo and everything was Delicious!!! Will definitely be back and try the other menu items and a Chocolate Shake!!!!
First visit, wife and myself absolutely loved the food.Wife ordered a Impossible Burger with all the fixins and 1000 island dressing, she said it was so fresh she could taste the tomato ?.I ordered a double burger my way and fries, it was actually one of the best burgers I've had lately...WE WILL BE BACK .almost forgot, the food will take a bit longer, but it's worth the wait,, the staff is almost as good as the food, LOL ? actually the staff was great.....
Food is just ok. Burger was tasty if not a little bland. Fries are soggyish. Not crispy. Onion rings were great. Portion size definitely doesn't match the price tag. For comparison 5 guys offers more food, had a broader beverage selection, and is more flavorful for almost the same price. This place is a one and done for me. Not terrible, just not a good value. Worth a try tho if you are a burger connoisseur like myself.
I wanted to try this place for my first time with my family last night I was really excited to eat at this place, but it ended up being a bad first time experience. We order our food of what we wanted and when the food was ready they just brought out the cheese burger and fries with nothing on it. We had to tell them this is not what we ordered. I thought they were gonna remake the food but ended up bringing the items on the burger to put on ourselves. I also order a side of Cheese fries with bacon and did not receive what I ordered. I understand it was weekend and they might of not had enough help since I know from experience at my current job. I just hope this issue can be fixed and not happen to anyone or my family. I was very disappointed and not sure if I will come on a weekend to eat there. I also want to add if there was something I ordered and your place didn’t have the stuff to make please tell me before I pay for it. I was really looking forward to having a good time eating at that place.
Waited almost 2 hours for a DoorDash order from here. Kept getting alerts that my order was just waiting for a dasher to pick it up. Then it got cancelled. Called to find out why and they claim they never had any order for me. Great service. Will never order here again ever.
I ordered to have delivered. I live right down the street less than 5 minutes away. I had a delivery time of 7:02. I had a 46 minute wait. At 7.30 we finally received our order, cold. Very disappointed as this was our first time trying Wayback Burgers. Burgers, bacon fries and onion rings cold. I’m sure had they arrived on time they would have been delicious. When I went back online it said Temporarily closed. Don’t know what that was about, not sure if I want to try this place out anymore. Was not worth the money I paid.
