If you want 3 sticks you should buy them all cheaper for some reason buying a bundle of 2 or 3 is more expensive than buying three separately. So be on the look out for weird things like that on the menu.3. The food is bad and dry. The owners response was “so”...
So while the flavor may have been good this chicken was so dry and brittle. I couldn't even enjoy it. The wings and the chicken sticks were horrible its like it was old chicken they got rid of. Won't eat them again...my mouth is still dry. Not a good quality product.
This review is not for the food it is only for my experience. I went to the restaurant at approximately 7:45 on Saturday night. When I got to the register a young child came from the kitchen holding what appeared to be fries in her hand and she asked the cashier to try what she made. I thought to myself that is weird but I proceeded to place my order. I asked a question about something on the menu then the cashier proceeded to say that the wings were on the grill and they wouldn't be ready for 40 minutes. So I am unable to rate the food but whoever the manager is they should tighten up on the staff. At no point should a chicken spot ever run out of chicken.
The atmosphere listening to The U Turn Band was for Grownups only!! Really enjoyed it. Food was good, fresh and Hot!!
Great food. The smoked flavor on the chicken was fantastic. 3 of us ate all different entrees and side and nothing disappointed. One suggestion, find a way to speed up the service.
I was so happy to see a new business open up in Humdingers old place. I ordered the bigmouth cheeseburger combo and 5 grilled wings combos. Unfortunately when I got ready to eat ( 3 minutes) after picking up my to go order my wings were small, COLD to touch and overcooked. My fries were still hard ( frozen) and undercooked as well, my corn on the cob taste like water. My hubby and I were disappointed to say the least. The concept is a great idea but not executed well.
Great food! Same delicious offerings as the other 2 locations. Grilled wings and fried okra were perfect. I'll be back.
New Keto/Atkins/Paleo spot or if you just like grilled food. Chicken on a Steeek! (JEFF DUNHAM!) I was pleased to see a place pushing grilled foods and not fried. If you live in the south you know how rare that is.I got the 2 Stick meal (white). Two big chunks of smoked chicken on a stick, grilled corn on the cod (Seasoned and buttered), BBQ sauce, and a roll. The Chicken was a tad dry close to the skin but not horrible. The smoked flavor was throughout, and well seasoned. The BBQ is a vinegar base so a SC sauce not a true Memphis sauce. The corn was really good. Two sticks will fill you up!Pros: Fair Price, large portions, friendly staff, fast service, clean!! Very important in my books, convenient, grilled diet friendly foodCons: Chicken was a little dry but who's to say that is every piece. So I guess it doesn't count.
The food was great. The chicken on the stick was awesome. My wife wanted some comfort food before delivery and we decided to stop by. The owner personally made our grilled vegetables. Great customer service. We will be back
It's a new location, I haven't been to the others. This location was very clean and the staff were very nice. Food was good and meet my expectations. Would I go back, yes.
