With all of the hype and looking forward to the return of the Mexican pizza, this location still does not carry it. They are also always out of numerous drink choices and something is always wrong or missing from the order once I get home. I know times are rough, but it all comes down to poor management and employee attitudes that they just don't care
I really wish I knew what the food tasted like but unfortunately when I showed up they’re not open and this is not the only location around the Memphis area that does this they’re all listed as closing at 1 AM or 2 AM and some even at 3 AM but when I show up at midnight none of them are open I have been to five locations this is ridiculous
The nacho fries were extra cold. I thought the gentleman had went in the freezer to get them. He did not even do my order the way I had ask him. I won't go back to Taco Bell on Houston Levee and Macon. Needs much better service..
The thing is... Sometimes they get my orders wrong. I know mistakes happen but it has happened like five times. Come on man. Your food is good.
I went and ordered soo many tacos. Ali was perfect. I’ll always visit and patronize when she is there!!
Came from school yesterday and went through the drive-through. It was quick and efficient. The lady at the window was super nice. Now I want to work here.
One of the only taco bells I'll even go to anymore. The food looks decent and has always tasted good.The staff has always been very polite, and I've never waited more than a couple minutes for my food. Granted I tend to go during lunch hours when they don't seem to be as busy, so I can't say for certain how affected the wait times are if they get a line of people.
Tired of this Taco Bell. Constantly closing hours before they are scheduled to close “1AM” the workers choose when they want to go home. Definitely the most unprofessional Taco Bell I’ve ever went too.
Went through the drive thru at 10:45 on 1/12/22. Employee stated the location closed because due to not having staffing to run the location. As I pulled around to leave the drive thru I saw 3 employees sitting up front on their phones, not doing the job they were paid to do. This is the standard stuff you will get at this location, lazy employees and awful food (even for Taco Bell standards).
This was one of the bigger ones. Don’t waste your money here. Just mostly empty tortillas and taco shells. Won’t be back.
