I just left this location and saw a roach crawling inside the glass around the hot meat area. I brought it to the young Indian lady's attention that there is a roach and she continued to prepare an online order. After telling her I'm doing her a favor instead of just walking out. Sad to say, she continued to prepare the sandwich. Don't eat there!!
You definitely have to tell them to add more of whatever you want! They tried to put 4 tomatoes on my foot long! Don’t be afraid to tell them you want more and how to actually make your sandwich!
Pls pls check your order before leaving this establishment. Ordered 2 sandwiches online 1st thing AM with additional cost fixtures that were paid for. On both sandwiches, the add'l garnishes were missing. Called repeatedly about incident with no answer which goes to a voice mail that is loaded and doesn't take messages. Hmmm! 1st and definitely last time going there!

Good place to get your sub, staff is very nice and friendly. I like it so much because it’s a healthy food I can have there.
This store went downhill fast. I work right on the same strip, so I've had to eat here a few times. Every single time, I get sick. Their food is always handled so horribly, it tastes god awful, and it's a shame considering subway is really good, just not this location. Save yourself the time and gutache and go to another store, unless you enjoy throwing everything back up.
When you go inside they act like they scared to service the people they are not friendly they act like the got no patients when it comes to servicing the customers
It's a good sandwich for the price especially when they have a sale
I've gone to at least 5 or 6 subway location in memphis / cordova and this one is by far the worst. My steak and cheese was basically all bread with barely anything on it. It also looked like a two year old had made it. Drive an extra 10 minutes to another location, it'll be worth it.
The owner isn't wearing his face mask correctly. He have it under his nose fixing food. This has been the second time that I've visited this store. His mask is below his nose. With covid 19 his mask is suppose to cover the mouth and nose entirely. That means he's breathing over the food with his germs. Some of the vegetables looked old like they had been sitting out all day. The lettuce was brown/ yellow. I visited this store at around 530 pm.
