Walked in to be seated. Hardly any customers and was told it would be 5 minutes. More people walked in and a worker looked at us all, went to the kitchen area and just talked to the other workers. A table walked out and warned us all to expect a long wait. The five minutes were way over by then so we left without being seated. A reminder why we stopped eating in at this location before the pandemic. Nothing has changed for the better.

Why have curbside if you won't honor it. We called and the lady obviously hates her job, said it would be right out. 6 minutes later, we tried to call again and see if they were bringing it. No answer. Had to go in and get it myself. Fries extremely cold, burger was good and warm even though app said it would be ready at 2:38 and we pulled up right at that time. It obviously sat there a minute. The kicker is that the restaurant was empty. Very few cars in the lot.
I use to go very often with my kids. I went twice on this month and service has been horrible!!! Restaurant was empty and still delay taking order just for drinks/food. The food really downgraded… I felt so bad because it was my kids favorita place ,but never in my life will I take them back.I get the whole low staff situation and people not wanting to work ,but the girl that took my order literally took seat next to me took order and still had it wrong!!! My food was burned and wrong. They gave me bun and burned grill chicken. I order the buzzing chicken sandwich, it took them 30 min to come back. I just decided not to eat because I was behind mad.
Came here with a coworker for lunch and I remembered why I haven’t been in a year or so. The food is mediocre at best and I most likely won’t come back a third time.When we arrived we were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait despite there only being a handful of people seated. So, we waited. We finally received our seat (near the kitchen) and ordered promptly.I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and a sprite. The sprite was very flat and I requested a refill. After waiting, I reminded the waitress and was met with an attitude (I didn’t mean to interrupt their catch up time in the back). I finally received the drink and, this time, it was fine. The meal itself was basic.. a little sloppy but edible with lukewarm fries.I definitely won’t be back as this experience wasn’t that good. I do sympathize with the service industry as they are suffering but as a paying customer, I expected more, especially when you have multiple employees laughing and joking around while customers are trying to wave them down.
Horrible service. Went on a Monday night so the place wasn’t busy. Waited awhile before our drink order was taken and when it finally arrived the server spilt an entire drink on the floor which splashed on our pants and shoes. We received little to no apology for that incident. No one came to clean the mess off the floor they just left it there.When our food finally came out my order was wrong so I repeated what I had ordered. They tried to bring out 3 different dishes before I actually received sorta what I had ordered. Ultimately it was still wrong but at that point I scraped off what I didn’t want on the sandwich. The manager did apologize for the situation and offer to make my sandwich like I had ordered. I declined because at that point everyone else at the table had finished eating.Will not be eating at this location again.
The place was short staffed when we visited. There was a greeter, one server and two cooks. There was a 30 min wait for a seat with hardly anyone in the restaurant but the server was on the ball. Our food was nice and hot and refills were on time.

Cold food ,slow service, not the Red Robin of the past( two years ago) I can only speak to this one location. I sure hope the other sites are fairing better.
Horrible they always say a 10 minute wait and it ends up being a 40-50 minute wait or they literally just forget you’re there and don’t even prepare your order until you remind them. Servers who worked today were rude, walked off while I was talk to them. Y’all need to do better smh makes no sense.
