I like it when a request as simple as, "hard-fried", gets honored the way that you would honor the request for yourself at home.Raymond's wings felt like I made them... at home.A good snap, and crackle on the exterior and a bit of juicy splash and tenderness on the exterior.THE initial call-in was a little shaky (rung a while, placed on hold a while, etc.), but okay overall - with A Well done ?? to the kitchen staff and way to go with having a personality out front greeting and assisting the guest (seasoned woman, I for get her name, but was like my aunt was working as cashier) with a focused and friendly face.EVEN WITH the (now) built-in near, universal rationale to charge higher prices, I would have given 5☆ - but for the money and wait time spent - some French fries (at least a roll or two) would have been more acceptable for the cost, and if so gained, would have gained that last star.SERVICE FRIENDLINESS : 5☆Service Efficiency/Time: 4☆Taste/Food Quality: 5☆COST:Food Qty: 3.8☆Overall: 4☆But like anywhere visited, the real gauge is - "Will you go back to spend your money there for the food and service they provide at Rayfords?"The answer is YEP!!! ✔ ✅ ☑ ✔
I placed an order of 40 wings to be picked up at 7:45. I waited over an hour before they even realized it's not even being made. Another black owned wing spot that will not longer be getting my service because of their poor service. I couldn't even receive an apology. Pitiful
Manager very disrespectful and need to learn how to manage people when they are upset about their order and especially if the customer is not cussing he did not try and calm the situation he just brought my anger to the issue. I hate this coming from a black business but have to get better on people skills. Wrong was COMPLETELY WRONG!

This place has some really great food and even better customer service. They make you feel like family. This is my second day in row getting food. A must try!!!
2-10-22 food was terrible when I got home and started eating wings and fries were hard my son even said mom my wings are black . Went back got home same thing waste of 32$.. hard wings black on inside.never again !!!!!
The salad was horrible the lettuce was old and translucent and the cucumbers had fuzz on them. I ordered through door dash and they credited my money back. This is the second bad experience I had with them. No more chances. Save your money.

This is the first time in history that I’ve came to Rayfords and my food was beyond HORRIBLE? The first time I came to pick my food up the wings and fries both were VERY hard. I explained my frustrations to the cashier and she apologized and stated they will remake it. Note it went from my food being ready in 20 mins to it being ready in 45 mins. When I came back to pick up my food the second time the fries were fresh but the chicken looked and smelled horrible. Pics will be attached. I’m not sure if there are new cooks but this is definitely not where it’s at. I’m very disappointed about this experience. I suggest you to check your food throughly before you leave the restaurant. The manager Chris is very nice and he make sure his customers are satisfied. I know for a fact he wasn’t at the restaurant this past weekend. But the good thing is when I went back this morning and the guy with the dreads corrected my order and everything was fresh. Below is the before and after
