Closed except for drive through waited 20 min because I really like their food. Finally got my order, it was wrong. No sauce, left off chicken, biscuit was hard and dry like it was old. So disappointed in this location and they discontinued everything but the popcorn shrimp which is really just bits of fried nothing. This location is ruining the Popeyes brand @popeyeschicken
Never going here again. Sat in line for 30 mins and at the speaker for 7 mins. Finally got tired of waiting for someone to come on the speaker and drove to the window. They said that it’s been working for everyone else and refused to take my order at the window. Popeye’s in Memphis has been on the decline since the old franchise sold off.
For some reason I decided to go to Popeye's instead of KFC... BIG mistake. Complete disrespect and would only take orders for the drive thru. What is wrong with going inside and ordering. RUDE to boot! Thank you KFC for being across he road and not being A-holes like the Popeye's staff. AND I went to more than one Popeye's until I have now banished them all. Popeye's doesn't want customers, and doesn't have respect for customers... there's always a KFC around the corner. Eat dirt worm people! Why do you advertise on TV, yet have no product to offer someone just wanting a few pieces of chicken. Popeye's should die.
I have to say that this location has to be one of the worst in the country. Let me begin with this my good people reading this, I vomited profusely after eating my chicken tender meal here. The chicken may have been raw and the mashed potatoes tasted old. I stopped eating halfway and I still feel terrible. The staff at this location have no idea how to properly cook meals here let alone keep a hygienic standard at this location. Whoever is in charge of this location please do something about this because this is a health hazard.
Good chicken and biscuits, can be slow so plan ahead.
The food was good, great prices for family meals, wait time was a bit long because it was really busy.
If i could give it any less stars i would. When i pulled up the line was all the way in front of the leaving cars in the drive thru. It took me a long hour and 40 minutes to get to the drive thru window and when i got there the line way making it to the street. Once i finally got some of my food most of the order was missing and had to ask twice to het my correct order.
What is this? This is not my Popeyes from my home state. Lookie here....I feel insulted n assaulted all at once. Yall gon serve this chicken that look like it came from a baby chic..picked the smaller pieces then dry and lamp burnt. Look like it was cooked a week ago. Don't take my word for it jis look at my pics and there are others too. I won't be returning here.

The line is always wrapped around the building at this location. The wait was approximately 30 minutes. I received my food but it was not thoroughly cooked. I requested the blackened chicken strips but they were under cooked. The red beans and rice had a sour taste and the rice was hard.
