I have always loved Papa Johns pizza because of their crust. Yesterday I ordered two pizzas and had them delivered. When I opened the boxes, I was disappointed because they looked like thin crust pizza. I called and asked them to make new ones. They delivered new ones and the crust was no better. Very disappointed!What happened to their original crust pizza?
I just bought a meats pizza after years of not having papa johns. The quality is exceptionally bad. The crust no longer taste freshly made.. it taste like cardboard. Not acceptable!!
This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and it’ll be the last. My order was wrong and when I was called regarding a remake they told me the store was closed. I did receive my refund but I would rather go to a location ran by 5 month old babies before I would ever patronize this location again
It's not fair to t delivery driver how horrifying the ordering process is making one not want to tip or ever return for business all thanks to what seems to be the same foreigner answering the phone each time. That's if you can get through Le alone through ordering
Not only was the order wrong, they did not even bother to cut the slices out of this undercoocked pie. Took one bite and threw it out. Last time I order from this location, disgusting.
I will Never EVER patronize this restaurant again! I ordered a pizza and 24 hot wings totaling $47. When I went to pick it up, and after I paid for the order, I asked for extra buffalo wing sauce to be placed on the wings. The employee told me she would have to charge me extra for this! This is after I have already waited 10 minutes on this order AND after being told it would be ANOTHER 15 minutes. Horrible customer service! I just told the employee to void the entire order, I’ll take my chances with Little Caesar’s extra most bestest and 3 orders of wings (24 total) which only cost me $27. I guess Shaw ultimately didn’t change the culture of this establishment.
This is a great place. Jamie is the best. She remembers your name and always has a big smile. We’ve never had a bad pizza.
I had four or five Ubereats/doordash drivers in front of me and they were so fast all of us were out of there with our orders in less than five minutes! I am amazed! So fast and friendly. What a great crew!
I have ordered from here many times and no problem, but tonight never got my order because she delivers to wrong address. The only job she has is to deliver to the right address and she didn’t! Won’t be ordering from Papa Johns again sadly
