Went through their drive through and ordered food. Wasn't told that their ice machine wasn't working or that they did not have any sweet tea until after I placed my food order. Very disapointing. Had to to pick up drinks at another fast food place. Called their store and asked if they could inform their customers about no sweet tea and no ice available on the the front end of the order.
Usually I don’t have any problems They are super nice people but however today when I came around 4:00 p.m. there was an elderly Korean woman assisting me she is always super nice but today when explaining to her what I wanted on my plate she made a mistake and put shrimp instead of honey sesame chicken I explained to her that I’m highly allergic to shrimp she said oh I’m so sorry she emptied the shrimp from the plate back into the shrimp serving bowl than she grabbed the same spoon and headed straight for the honey sesame chicken I said no no no mame I can not eat from the plate you just removed the shrimp from because I’m allergic I’ll need a new plate because the shrimp she put on my tray earlier had already touched the chow MEIN and the plate I told her that if I were to eat anything from the plate my lips would swell and I’d be in the hospital she said “yes I’m so sorry I don’t know what I was thinking “ than guess what guys SHE DUMPS THE CHOW MEIN THAT SHE ALREADY PUT SHRIMP ON FROM MY PLATE BACK INTO THE CHOW MEIN SERVING BOWL AND SHE REACHES FOR A NEW PLATE AND THAN TRIES TO SERVE ME THE SAME CHOW MEIN THAT SHE JUST SERVED ME I WAS SO SHOCKED I LITERALLY THOUGHT I WAS BEING PRANKED SO THAN I SAY MAME WHY DID YOU DO THAT SHE SAID NO NO LOOK I MOVE IT I GIVE YOU THE BOTTOM ??????? I had to explain all over again and she said oh no I’m so sorry I had to literally drive to another location and I called corporate as well and now I am leaving a review here that was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life does she know that that could literally land someone in the hospital? That’s extremely terrible and I’ll never ever return I’ll definitely make sure this issue never happens again I will stay on corporate until I know this is getting taken care of. Please be careful everyone only if you have a shrimp allergy. But usually this place is ok but unsure why this isn’t taught to not cross contaminate ? WOW!!!!!
I will start this by saying that I love Panda Express.I do not, however, love this particular location. Many of the same issues I experienced are mentioned in other negative reviews as well, but your mileage may vary.Yes, they close the inside without notice on the doors - which used to be posted there.Yes, they ignore the drive through when they want to.Yes, they do seem to not have everything on the menu or even not have a majority of them sometimes. I find this more than disturbing as other restaurants are able to serve their core products. Im sensitive to supply chain issues, but if you are the ONLY Panda thats having issues, then something is wrong here.Yes, employees seem to be overworked and likely are making due with what they have. All that said - the food IS good when its fresh. Not so much when you get old food, which has happened more than a few times.Lets hope they eventually get better supplies, management and staff.
It's been a very long time since I've had Panda Express due to one not being in my area. But it disappoint at all. The customer service matched the hot and great food!
Their food is good, but not as good as it used to be. Prices have gone up quite a bit too. We still enjoy eating here.
This is the WORST Panda Express in Memphis! They leave food off your order and do not apologize but aggressively say do you have your receipt?? This area is going down hill and so is the employees they hire! If I could give 0 stars, I would!
This store desperately needs new management. No sweet and sour sauce, no teriyaki sauce, no super greens, almost no entrees 3hrs before closing, no chopsticks or fortune cookies. Last few times here has been the same bad experience...won't be returning.
I got there 30 minutes before they closed and sat in the drive-through for a couple of minutes, and when no one answered, continued to the window, and the woman inside just made the cutthroat gesture. Very disappointing. And an hour before they closed, I couldn't even make an online order.
After the guy prepared my order, he did not give the cashier the ticket of what I had ordered so the cashier kept opening & closing the lid on my food until finally I had to what I had ordered but other than that the food was good.
The food and customer service is great. But, they are ALWAYS out of certain entrees and teriyaki sauce every time I visit. It never fails. Businesses should stay stocked up. No excuse.
