So realistically it's closer to a 3.5 but I rounded up. You go to buffets for the variety, we all know you aren't going to get the best quality but you get to try various items. What gives this place an extra is the Mongolian grill if it wasn't for that I probably wouldn't ever come here and I only go once every 2 months or so. Nothing on the line is great but good but there are some misses. Overall i always leave satisfied as long as you know what you are getting into.
Fresh, tasty food. Always stocked up on the buffet. sushi was plentiful & different varieties! our server was so sweet & took great care of us! We recommend for sure!
Buffet area was dirty. There were so many empty dishes that weren't being refilled with food in the buffet. Despite the quantity of types of dishes, nothing was appealing or appetizing. The serving spoons were gross. If a little food was out of the dish around the buffet they put it back in the same place. The table was a little sticky. The first waiter didn't even acknowledge us, he took the slip for the drinks and just walked away without even saying anything and when he came back I try to ask him from water and he just walked away so I wasn't even sure if he like even listen to me. Our drinks were never refilled. Yeah, I don't think I'll be coming back again. This place has gone downhill.
We have been going to this restaurant for the past 5 years and before that when they was at their old location under a different name. This place has became a disgrace. The waitresses are so rude it’s comical. Have a child spill a drink? Good luck because they won’t be cleaning it up. Need a refill? Better bring your own 2-litter! This was the best place and then over the past two years it has completely crumbled. The service is ludicrous, but the food has also declined drastically. When I go and spend 120.00 on a buffet, I expect at least a refill! Our family will now be finding a new go-to restaurant when in Memphis.

The sushi was really fresh. So good!
I've occasionally gone to this restaurant for several years now, and the quality of the food has usually been decent.Unfortunately, I don't think "decent" really cuts it anymore, with the rising prices (currently a little more than $17 per person after taxes), and less than tasteful service. After my last visit, after a very mediocre meal, consisting mainly of a luke-warm heat lamp sustained selection, I pay my cheque and the waitress gives me the receipt. Little did I know, after I thought she had left to tend to other things, she was just standing behind me waiting for me to fill in the tip portion of my receipt. After filling out the tip portion and setting it aside, I notice she is just standing there staring at it, and eventually she mutters something rude to me with a grimace on her face. Not exactly a great interaction to top off a less than satisfying meal. Restaurant goers should be prepared for their tips to be harshly critiqued by their server before they leave, I suppose. Very classy. Bear in mind, this tip expectation (for a buffet, which isn't even full service) is in addition to the now exorbitant prices.Furthermore, it seems more than just a little tacky that there are now posters on the front door of the restaurant with pictures of dine-and-dashers and requirements to show your receipt to restaurant staff before leaving the restaurant. There's also a security guard posted by the entrance/exit to the restaurant, it really adds to the distasteful vibe they are seemingly going for lately.Suffice to say, it's hard to recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an exceptional meal, ambience, and service.
Not even close to a good restaurant. Right away when you first walk in pics of dine and dashers and camera warnings and a sign must show receipts before leaving. I thought I was in communist china. 2 The food is poor and room temperature. Honestly if a good health department when in they would shut it down do to not bing able to keep food at temp. If they put as much hard work in the food as they do about dine and dashers it might be good.
Thank you to the tremendous Management, Cooks, and staff at Pacific Fusion for helping me ring in my 26th Birthday! I have loved this place for 6 years and will enjoy the incredible food and amazing atmosphere for many more to come. Due to the Covid Pandemic I have not been able to celebrate my birthday the past 2 years. Working in the restaurant industry for close a decade, I understand more than most how the industry has suffered through this pandemic. But Pacific Fusion goes above and beyond to not only serving incredible food, but to make their guests feel like part of the family. Thank you for your service to our community, and thank you for an incredible birthday! I'll see you soon! - Spokenword Recording Artist "The Author" (Joseph Goodwin)
