Great place to bring kids. Food was great. Rockell was my server and she checked to make sure we were fine every chance she got. She was AMAZING. I will definitely be back soon.
I have to take my hat off to Jennifer of director of customer service she is so awesome with the customers and the staff. She is the real goat I really watch her with the staff they really love her the my family felt so welcome when we see her always have a nice smile. Walks around helping others and treating the customers like family this the best best to bring your family out for fun. Jennifer I just want you to know you are the best keep up the good work. Thank you for being awesome and making my family feel like we were at home and going over and above your job to make two twin girls day.
First and definitely last time coming here. We recently moved here from Atlanta and I was looking somewhere to take my kids. Needless to say they were not impressed with this place and neither was I. Two of the games we played were inoperable (pictured below)and not sure why the buffet is located right in the middle of the walkway. The young lady at the front was very nice however when I asked for a refund for the buffet the manager could have at least come over to apologize. Anyway a waste of $57 and should have gone elsewhere for fun.
got to play a lot of games like lazer tag,bumpy cars, and race on go karts and their food is good also. They have desert too they have cake ice cream and more all in different flavors.
It was our first trip to Incredible Pizza. We were quite impressed. The food all looked good. We had eaten before we went but we did enjoy beverages and dessert. The facility is clean and inviting. The fair type rides were great. It was a great way to spend the dreary day. One thing we were not aware of is you must buy the buffet to be admitted so don't eat before you go! There are discounts on their app you should check out before you go.
This place has the potential to be something really great but the cleanliness is absolutely disgusting. The staff is made up of low energy people too busy on their cell phones to notice the grime and grody conditions of the floor, tables, and food area. Management needs to step up and take pride in what they are offering to the public. The general clientele seems to be unaffected by the conditions so maybe it doesn’t matter? We won’t be a returning customer.
Great salad buffet (includes baby spinach by itself!), various toppings and salad dressings. Not fancy, but healthy.Pizza: I like that you can request your own - such as gluten-free - and they have it ready in about eight minutes.Yay! This place is great, especially after church Sundays.It's super great any time for kids and families, of course!God bless.
We were in the area for a boat show and had our 11 year old son and a friend with him, this looked like the perfect place for dinner, but it was not. We arrived at 5pm and there was already a line out the door, 45 crowded minutes later we made it inside. First stop was the go carts, the line was not long, but the staff was slow and uncaring and seemed to allow several people to go before others, it took an hour for our boys to ride…. Several other attractions required you to press a button and wait for staff or retrieve staff to run them. Staff seemed bothered and uncaring, once even asking my son if he wanted to try to do his job because it sucked. Buffet was mediocre as expected, hard to find a clean place to sit and eat. Several teenagers unsupervised with loud, crude language and topics were in our area and staff did nothing to control the situation. Overall, we wouldn’t have stopped once seeing the line out the door, but had already promised the boys we’d go. Over $100 and a few games and rides later the boys said it was fun, especially the roller coaster, parents say never again!
Had an incredible time @ IP, staff is always extremely friendly and courteous. My Niece had an awesome birthday party there on Saturday 2/5/22. Excepetional Kodo’s to Michael Gonzalous, he is an awesome manager & always greeting and making sure the quest have an incredible time!!! Good management always produce a great staff, Thanks for making our day incredible…..
I always enjoy myself here! The food is great, the newer attractions and games are a treat to come back to.
