The food was overly greasy, my breakfast sandwiches ? were unwrapped in the bag. They forgot 2 hash browns I order that was on my receipt , the manager had some lame excuse. But overall, the food was mediocre at best, it’s McDonalds, you get what you pay for ??♂️
We asked for Honey Mustard for my Chicken Mc Nuggets, to witch they,{Again} were not in the bag. I believe the orders are up on a screen. Aren't the employees able to see that was ordered with our meal ? It's aggravating when you are looking forward to having what you're paying for. Other times I requested the same thing and was given the really hot dip. I'm not able to eat food that's really spicy. More than anything else, the sauces aren't in the bag. Other Mc Donald's in the Memphis are seem to do the same thing. I hope this as well as other complaints are addressed.
Don't waste your time attempting to get service after 8pm. The location says 24 hours and there are 2 and 3 cars in the parking lot for workers all night long but they will either not answer or say they don't have a cook EVERY SINGLE NIGHT lol.
We door dash. tonight your customer service was awful. We pulled up to the speaker to tell them we had an order. They told us pull forward. We pull to the first window and the guy disappears for 5 minutes? Then the second lady just says “pull forward” we get to the second window and tell them we have a doordash order and she says we have to go back around and tell them at the speaker “because she has a speaker on her head and she didn’t hear us”but we had and she started yelling at us. Then at the people in the back and cussing them out like a dog then yelling at us again. Wouldn’t tell us her name so we could genuinely complain about her treatment of us but that was completely ridiculous. We have never been treated this way as a doordasher. Nobody ever even confirmed the customers order or name. I hope their food was correct.
Would give zero stars if I could.Please fire this crew and close the doors rather than stay open and pay them to ignore customersPulled up the drive thru on more than one occasion. The lights were on, people were inside “working” but actually just leaning around on their phones. Waited at the drive thru order station for about 10 minutes. Nothing. No greeting, no nothing.Drive around to see fat lady leaning on the counter on her phone.If you don’t wanna work, then quit. If you’re being paid to be there and be open 24 hrs, then do your job. This owner needs to tighten this ship up.
I pulled into the drive-thru after finding the doors locked (despite all lights blazing and a sign reading dining room is open) An irate woman told me through the speaker that they were closed, didn't have anyone there to work, and if I knew people that wanted a job, to send them in. Five minutes later, drive-thru was open and serving. Ratchet location. You used to be good.
I'm finished with McDonald's Big Mac used to be great now it's not fit to eat
01/04/2021 my daughter went here to our neighborhood McDonald’s to buy breakfast for us. After sitting at the intercom to order and constantly saying hello for over 5 min she pulled forward to the window. An older lady came to the window my daughter explained that she had been waiting and no one ever came to take her order. The older ladies response was oh well they ready now pull back around and get in line. Keep in mind at this point 25 cars are now behind my daughter in line. My daughter politely asked if she could go ahead an place the order for 1 biscuit the older lady refused and shut the window and walked away. This type of behavior occurs frequently at this location. It has of course become more frequent since Covid-19 however that is no reason for them to treat people this way when we are the ones supporting and keeping there establishments running in such trying times. Someone really needs to come and retrain this McDonald’s or it will not survive. I didn’t want to give it 1 star but the site wouldn’t let me proceed without at least giving them 1 star.
I ordered the drive-thru ask for 2 hot and spicy McChicken sandwiches add Big Mac sauce I got too hot and spicy sandwiches with lettuce Mayo everywhere No Big Mac sauce ordered a large fry fresh when I received my order I told him that I order a fresh large fry the response I got was a lions always moving so the fries are fresh I am from them I was going to contact corporate they said go ahead and slam the Windows shut
No need for a drink to have thus much ice.?
