The food was good, but legit so so many flies. We swatted them away the whole time we ate. Wouldn't go back.
It seemed like a nice atmosphere when we walked in. There was a couple at the table outside and my husband and I were the only customers on the inside. The waitress we had barely spoke to us and never smiled. We ordered 2 pineapple drinks, which were good. The only thing good. We had to ask for water. It took awhile to get our order even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. I ordered the tamale plate and on my first bite I didn’t like it. I took another bite hoping I could just eat it but I didn’t like it at all. My husband ordered the fajita, so I asked for the manager and asked if she could take the tamale dinner back and I told her my husband and I would share his fajitas. I didn’t think it would be an issue since I took only 2 bites but the manager told me that she can take it back but she can’t take it off the ticket because I chose it on off the menu. I said” what do you mean? I didn’t really eat any of it and I don’t like the taste(and I’m not a picky eater) I told my husband as she walked away that I was giving this restaurant a bad review. Then the manager came back and took it off our ticket. I said,”if you went out to eat and you took a couple of bites of food and it wasent good, wouldn’t you send it back? I never heard of such a thing. The waitresses there were not friendly and didn’t even smile one time. What happened to the customer is always right? We will never go back to this restaurant and now I know why it is so empty.

I ordered pick up on Cinco de Mayo. Our food was cold!!! The guacamole was dark brown on the outside indicating that it had been set out for a long time. The tamales had a funny after taste, and the enchiladas were just chicken in a wrap. We did not receive any refried beans. Poor quality all around. Very disappointed.
Ordered the fajita quesadilla and it did not disappoint! Savory and juicy steak and a very large portion for what you pay ! Great and fast service!
I come to this restaurant whenever I’m in town and usually the service is good. However last night the service was TERRIBLE. I always order the same thing when I come. Nacho supreme with NO MEAT. Instead of the server writing down our order she decided to memorize it which cause all of our food to be wrong. When I told her that my order was wrong she then tried to argue with me about it. She brought out a nacho that had only beans and onions and bell peppers. I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t correct and those items don’t come on a nacho supreme. She continued to try to argue and tell me I was wrong. It wasn’t until the manager came with the menu and showed her that the order was incorrect. Server never apologized. I asked for them to cancel the order (you know these restaurants hate that) instead the manager said they’ll make me a nacho FRESH. Instead of them doing so, they decided to pick off some of the onions and bell peppers then add the lettuce tomato jalapeños and sour cream. Because they picked off the onions and bell peppers there were still some left on it. I have a food allergy to onions. I’ve taken pictures and I will be suing! I have everything documented. I have videos and photos.
I tried this place out tonight and had amazing food. Our waiter, Steven was amazing. So much so we told the manager about our experience. I asked for extra lemon for my water and he brought extra lemons decorated around the rim of my water. Steven kept on top of things and kept our drinks full and check on us appropriately. I will definitely be back and hope to have Steven as our waiter again.

Seasoning in the tender steak was surprisingly good. Everything tasted fresh and the young server was great. This is a great little find. Will return. Look at the size of the el famouso burrito.Enjoy!
I’m very upset I placed an order and had it delivered. The taco salad had no cheese dip as ordered I call to inform them , I bwaa put on hold for 8 min and then hung up on. I called back and spoke with the manager to resolve the issue I was told it comes with very little cheese so it doesn’t get soggy, I said what! He told me to come pick up the cheese, which the order was delivered by grub hub, I won’t mention bother things told me after asked to get compensated for it! He told me at least I got my food!!!! SMHThey just lost a loyal customer’ after spending 30.00 plus tip . Beware ! Go inside and always check your food.
