Terrible service. Went to the one downtown Memphis. Ordered the prime rib sandwich medium rare and they brought it medium well (it said so on the ticket). She also brought it out in a to-go box. Strange because I didn’t order it to go. She didn’t even bring me any napkins. My wife had to go and retrieve some napkins. We will not be back.

They are really nice and friendly. Absolutely love the food!

I loved this restaurant once.I’d probably still love it if anyone involved would update their blatant hours of operation lies. 11am indeed, perhaps on weekends but never on a weekday. As a fair warning while I’m already here, if you do go, don’t get their blue cheese burger, it always tastes like ammonia smells. As a blue cheese fan, something is wrong with their stock months apart.

EDIT: in response to the owner- we were not there at a busy time. There were only three tables eating and we were one of those three. It was Saturday lunch and the place was so empty.. so please stop assuming and giving excuse as to why service is so slow and the food is cold.Slowest service ever. Still tipped 20% but I will never come back to this location. The fries were cold and the burgers are not as good as the one in downtown... I saw two other groups walk out without eating.

Holy smokes, being in customer service and very understanding of the issues businesses are facing right now due to COVID I understand somethings but this place was a total nightmare. My first sign should have been the fact it was 4:30 on a Saturday and the place was empty except for four tables that had not been cleaned off. After standing at the “please wait to be seated” sign for way longer than would be expected for an empty establishment, a man comes up with no greeting just “how many” and seats us at a dirty sticky table. We were greeted by a gentleman who introduced himself as Qua and proceeded to give us two stained and wet menus and took our drink orders then proceeded to return to the apparent party going on in the kitchen. The atmosphere was so bad we didn’t even want to order food, but not being rude we ordered an appetizer the “poutine” which consisted of fries that were at least two hours old living under a heat lamp, cheese chefs that were cold, and some luke warm powder based gravy and which upon receiving we had to ask for plates. After the four bites we each took we politely asked for the check and left. It has been a long time since I have been to such a filthy restaurant that I did not even feel comfortable eating at and the fact that the owner makes his own email address difficult to find may show the root of some of the problem. Mr. Danko if you can’t fill your business on a Saturday afternoon your in trouble, I’ll be reaching out to John Taffer for you cause this place needs a rescue - I sure hope your downtown location is not this bad but I will never know as I have no plans of returning.

I totally understand the difference now between the downtown restaurant and the Cordova one. The service is terrible. No one EVER answers the phone. I had an office event and call to get everyone order but we waited till after the busy service. To find out no one answered the phone we called over 11 times. We then had our friend go to the place and it had maybe one table that had seats, so clearly not busy at all. I just informed my friend it may be a sign to not go in. We had Chinese instead.

We tried the fried cheese, it had a slight hint of a fishy fragrance and was garnished with the finest wilted lettuce. The French fries were so dark and wet, and limp, they were guaranteed to go down without needing a drink. Thrice cooked in grease from the 80’s maybe?Never mind how you request your burger to be cooked, the chef decides how you want it. Extremely well done. There were plenty of flies checking on your drinks and if your food was up to par.

food wasn't good drinks were weak service was slow & it wasn't even pack

Big Food , Big Fun, great atmosphere. The burger selection is vast and you can find whatever you are craving. Drinks can be ordered in 32oz mugs, including cocktails. If you like ice cream, be prepared to choose between the 9, 18, or 32 scoop sundaes. The kids menu has several options so its easy to bring the kids.Suggestions:App - Sweet Potato Fries sprinkled with brown sugar and drizzled with honey.Meal - Build your own BurgerDessert - Deep Dish Cookie bake, only if you can’t get a 32 scoop sundae
