Very poor customer service and prices are way too high ... chicken looks good tho!

I always get wings and catfish. Food is always good, and hot. Prices are more reasonable than other places. You call in or walk-in. I wish they would get on UberEATS. ?
The wings were fried beyond recognition, looked like fried baby skins..actually scratched my throat while trying to swallow.. I paid $25 waited about 30mts & while I waited they were watching a movie with foul language..horse playing in the kitchen, loud rapping and a boy with locks come from the kitchen with his pants sagging..I actually wanted a refund because the more I stood there..the more I was seeing unclean & unprofessional things. We won't be back. Hopefully management cares and you all are retrained .

Don't waste your time. The wings are okay, but not worth the price not the wait. Expect to wait at least 1 hour for 10 wings. Also, NO REFUNDS. So they make you wait forever and won't give you your money back.
I really do love the wings but customer service is TERRIBLE and the wait time is RIDICULOUSLY LONG. I've been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt because of how good it is but they could at least be honest about the wait time. I spend every bit of $100 every time I order and it's very frustrating to have to wait almost 2 hours for my food. I will not be ordering from this place EVER AGAIN and I WILL NOT be referring any family and friends either...unless the reviews change! As a black owned business that you try to support... YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER KELVIN'S HOT WINGS!!!
I ordered food at 7:00pm in person. I only ordered the 10 party wings special. There was only one person in front of me. I went back in at 7:30pm food was still not prepared. Waited another 20min. I was told it would be out in a few minutes. Worst cook and costumer service I have ever witnessed. Didn’t receive my food until 8:15pm
I am very picky about my wings!! Calvin’s always come through. Got some wings yesterday and they were the best!!!! Staff is polite and it’s always clean!! I’ll be dreaming about these wings until I make it back to Memphis!
