Won't be back to the Cordova location. I have tried it twice and both times our family wasn't even able to eat together because the items don't come out together as a single order. Several groups of people were waiting around with random items from their order while waiting 20-30 minutes for the rest. I was done with my sno cone and my son was halfway through his when my daughter's sno cone was finally ready.
The filth in here is ridiculous every table was dirty and floors were disgusting, the doors have black gunk on them, looks like they yad never been wiped down. Id hate to see what the kitchen looked like. Desserts were good, Customer service was ok
The snow cones are good. Only if you order one or two at a time. There where three of us so we ordered all together and we got two then had to wait about 10 before we got our last one,and they started on two to three more orders before we got our last snow cone so our first two were half melted and they have a strict no refund policy.
Not as clean as I would prefer but the variety of things offered are worth it.Wish some of the food prices were more reasonable but the family atmosphere is wonderful! Love it.....Memphis stable for sure ?
I ordered a medium funnel cake and had a errand to run. It seemed to be hot so I didn’t think to touch it before leaving the building. When I tried to eat it driving down the road the funnel cake was extremely hard and not edible. On my way back home I thought I swing back by to have them remake my food. I was told told that the owner stated after 5 mins it’s mine. Even though it was overcooked. I wait for it to be remade only for it to be hard again. This was a waste of time and money! The workers were friendly though.
I’ve been patronizing this business since 2016 at the Whitestation location and have always had good service. Just recently started using the Cordova location in December and with the recent change in staff it has made me to not want to patronize the business any further. Today, the owners “daughter” stated it was policy that snocones can’t be requested to be made at the same time as food (even though I have always done this)… giving me a melted snocone to take to someone. It was inedible by the time my food arrived. As a business owner myself it’s despicable to see this business practice and lack of customer service when it was requested before hand. I do not recommend ordering food and snocones at the same time. Honestly, I strongly prefer the Whitestation location over this one, I don’t predict it will be open for longer than a year and half with the current economic status of the country and their lack of customer appreciation.
The Supreme Snow Cones were delicious! Food took a little while but the fried pickles were worth the wait!
Amazing sno cones and delicious flavors that everyone will love. Even on the busiest of days they get you in and out.
Great snow cones made with real SHAVED ice. The supremes are out of this world.
Great shakes and snowcones! I wanted to try the tamales, placed my order to later find out they were out. That was disappointing. But I will be back for their shakes!
