My order was 15 minutes later than the time my email confirmation said. After 10 minutes, I called and they said they were packaging it up at that moment. Then they brought me out someone else’s order and I kindly told them that it wasn’t mine.When they brought me my order, they forgot a soda that was ordered with it. I then tasted the wings. The bone-in wings I got were supposed to be smoked but they were not smoked. They were fried. Very disappointed. The fries also were barely warm. They definitely were not fresh and felt as if they had been sitting out for a while. All of the sauce I got on one of my wings was completely soaked in kind of like old wings. I was extremely disappointed in the trip. I spent $35 on very mediocre (at best) wings/fries. I’d rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings or even sonic!

Wings were just “okay”. They were meaty but also fatty and super dry. Charged extra dollar for 2 blue cheese that we didn’t even receive. And they split our 16 piece order into 2 separate containers and split the fries between the two containers with the 8 wings instead of putting the wings in one container and fries in the other container. In turn, the little bit of sauce on the wings ended up saturated into the fries. Won’t order wings from here again, will go elsewhere next time.

I recently ordered from this place through DoorDash and the boneless wings are the best!! I love the honey chipotle flavor. The wings combo with curly fries is very well portioned, the delivery always takes less than 30 mins and the food quality is really good. The DoorDash rating and google reviews are completely different and I don't understand why but this is my honest review from this place. I will definitely keep ordering from this location ?.
They took it upon there self to change my order without asking and still charged me the food was soggy from the chicken to the fries and didn’t even except responsibility for there actions. I would never recommend this place and if your ever in cedar city find somewhere else.
