This place was the light at the end of a long dark tunnel. About 2 weeks ago my family I (about 15 of us) stumbled on this gem after my dad’s memorial service. We were complimented when we walked in all in our white & black, people thought we were leaving photoshoot. The owner overheard me mentioning to the lady at the bar that where we had just come from. Without hesitation the owner went in the back and had the kitchen staff make us one of EVERY Appetizer on the menu and he didn’t say a word. As we waited on our food plates just started coming to us & we were confused saying we didn’t order this! He simply said “it’s on me, sorry for your loss!” As a business owner myself I know kindnesses goes a long way!The food was amazing, the atmosphere was fantastic, I’ll be back next time I’m in town. ??
Staff was very friendly and the restaurant has a cool vibe and decor. Wait time for our food was minimal and there was a great selection of unique items I haven't seen anywhere else. I was there specifically for vegan tacos and enjoyed what they had to offer. Only thing I think I would have liked different was a bit more spice but that's on me for not asking for any hot sauce. Guacamole was definitely some of the better that I've had and the chips seems to be fresh made from actual tortillas.Decent choice if you're looking for some variety in your taco dining experience.
Was 1 of the few places still open late. We ordered a catfish and a chicken quesadillas. Then ordered bread pudding. The environment was inviting.
My first time trying this restaurant and I was excited. I chose today due to “no wait” no rush etc. we go in the lady behind the bar finally greet us. She was talking the entire time talking to a gentleman sitting at the bar. She never asked us for help with the menu or walk us through the appropriate steps. Finally, she asked are we ready to order. We ordered our food. We received our food it was missing items, she wasn’t engaging with us at any point. After I received my drink, it was incorrect. I politely asked the owner to remake the drink due to the rudeness of the mixologist. We also had to reorder our food because she was missing things. If she hadn’t been talking we would’ve received what we needed. We received no silverware or napkins. I spoke with the owner and he made sure we received silverware and I retrieved napkins from an outside table. The owner was easy to speak with. I rarely rarely write reviews but this was one I needed too! Now the food is delicious. Portion size could be better and drink portions could be better. But the customer service needs much much workOhh and I left my drink. Because the salt was already in the margarita. She just poured it back in the glass and put sugar on the rim. UNACCEPTABLE!
The staff was very friendly and recommended a few dishes when my group could not decide. I love their house made chips. The fresh watermelon juice was delicious too!
Being a vegetarian and in Memphis, means you’re missing out on good stuff. I definitely recommend this place for those missing out on good no-meat food .Chef Jacob gave a personal touch to our’s and took it next level . Definitely recommend this place and coming back again.
Food is absolutely delicious and tasty cocktails! Super friendly staff! Try the brisket quesadilla it was yummy! Will definitely be back to try another dish!
This is a good place to eat if you are looking to hang out and have some drinks. It's more of a fusion taco place than am authentic taco place. They do have a sign at the register that says "American Tacos." The chips they serve are made in house and they were pretty delicious.
