Refused service at the drive thur because I used the rest room that said that the bathroom was not out order. Toilet flushed fine no issue. If this business is to lazy to clean thier restroom, why you order food them? Just saying!
Got back into town late and wanted something to tie me over till breakfast. The first place said their kitchen was closed. So we went across the street and waited in line for about an hour. The fries were very good while the burger, though small, was pretty good. Had I known the burger would be that small, I would have opted for the double.
DIXIE QUEEN IS ***ILLEGALLY*** OVERCHARGING CAH-PAYING CUSTOMERS! LETS END THIS ROBBERY AND GET PAID IN THE PROCESS! The food here, though both convenient and rather tasty, is already much too expensie. This, however, is not my issue... Despite my verbal protests and several SPECIFIC demands that they discontinue this illegal practice, Dixie Queen, continues to charge a 2.5% "CC Fee" even though I ALWAYS pay with cash as opposed to a card. My aunt is an attorney and she has advised me to put together a petition and get a few hundred signatures so that we can proceed with a Class Action lawsuit. If you are fed up with this corrupt practice, please inbox me so that I can send you the petition and get your signature. Please be sure to save your receipts as evidence!!! Your support is appreciated! I love supprting local businesss. However, the cost of living is too high to allow these criminals to keep robbing me with impunity. I know there will be those who will say that I should go eat somewhere else. Yes, I can. But I refuse. People who turn a blind eye to such practices are the reson why those with power keep getting away with oppressing the powerless. Thee people are getting filthy stinking rich and it is OUR hard-earned money in their pockets. If the owners of this establishment don't have the decency to generate wealth legally and ethically, then they don't deserve to do busines with the people. If Dixie Queer is going to genrate wealth on the backs of the people, then they are going to do so with fairness and respect or they will lose their privilege of doing business. Afterall, it is a privilege and not a right; and one which they are abusing. So, again, no; I refuse to ignore this injustice. You should do likewise. Thank you!!!
Last time I was there on May 20th at around 1pm. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I guess the lady that asked if we wanted cheese sauce or American sliced cheese on our fish must have been a manager. She was on point, Great customer service!!! 5 stars for the 20th! Today, about 30 minutes ago we went and the food was bad. Fish was not nearly as good and I got a metal taste from my slushie. I like Dixie Queen, but the experience today was not a good one.
Not worth it. Expensive (10 party wings for $12.99 with no sides or drink)!! Extremely long line and wait. Nasty cold (okay, lukewarm) TOUGH wings with tons of room temp sauce dumped on top. Ugh! When they first opened, everything was fresh and good. Simply terrible now. I won't be back.
Are the employees required to smoke weed, or is it just the Stateline Rd location? Didn't want a contact high with my combo ?
I was visiting from out of town,the girl in the drive through taking orders was rude. I've never been disrespected as a patrons in such a way. unacceptable service and experience.
Was pretty much what you expect of Dixie queen. The food was decent but the prices have definitely gone way up. Kind of crazy a 10 piece party wing is nearly $20.
In line right now waiting on a doggone slush. This is ridiculous. They are so unprofessional and slow. Do not open up your restaurant if u can't answer the phone or show some communication even if u are backed up. People want more money for service like that. This is horrible. American deli is better than this
Anytime you want an old fashion greasy hamburger. This is the place. It's very hard to find a good messy burger. This place it's the mark. Great burger and season fries. Very affordable.
