I see the Germantown location is the only one they care about apparently. I work in Midtown. Checked to make sure they were open today...Ordered online and spent about $25 bucks. Took my lunch break to go pick up my food. Got all the way there only to find a note on the door that says closed until Thursday. Gotta wait days on a refund. Wasted my lunch break and I'm still starving. update: can I please.get my refund? the ordering service and I BOTH have been trying to reach you
Love getting my quick seafood bowel don’t have to wait to long and the service is so friendly I go here at least 3 to 4 times a month the prices are great and the food is jaw dropping delicious.

Ordered the 3 wings, macaroni, and greens. Service was cool. Overall the food was good, turnip greens was good. Macaroni was good had a good taste and the wings were good. However got ready to pay for order and the price was different on the menu. Asked them about and they still didn't adjust it. Be mindful of the price, you see one thing and pay another. And the air went out.
I love DeeO’s. The atmosphere and service is very friendly and welcoming. We are always pleased with our menu selections. Kel did a great job preparing our meals tonight while Briana was a great server. Thank you!

HORRIBLE! Doesn't even deserve a star. I have eaten at DeeO's numerous times, never this location, but this by far was the worst I've had. I had the create your own platter with crab legs and added a lobster tail...35 minute drive there, $40.08 later, 35 minute drive back home...I will never return. The crab legs did not have any flavor to them, the lobster tail didn't either and it was water logged. The container literally had my food sitting in water. I am not one who likes to go to restuarants an hour before they close, but since all of their food is prepared fresh, I thought it would be okay. NEVER AGAIN
Customer service was really good. I placed my order, asked that the fish be fried extra crispy. Got home the wish wasn't crispy at all. I called to let them know, so she was very nice and ask if they could remake the fish, not the fries or hushpuppies. I said ok. So I placed another order for a three piece which ended up being almost twenty dollars. Both orders were good, but my thing is, we didn't mind paying for the order, but seems as though I had to leave home to go back to get my order, and then place another they could have said well since you had to go through all of them then the hushpuppies will be on us, or would you care for a soda or something. Mind you, she was very nice and apologized, but being me I would have offered something. Great customer service...
