This place is terrible. Don't waste your time or money. They make up their own hours depending on whos working that shift. They left a line of cars wrapped around the building an hour before they were supposed to close. Yes there were employees inside but instead of having a little respect to inform the customers they closed early they just left them sitting there.
Arrived in the drive thru at 8:30 and got our ice cream (no cooked food) at 9:05...only drive thru was open.At one point the person at the window opened the window and said it would take about 5 more minutes. There were 3 people (and possinly a dog) in there from what we could see but no one "doing" anything but ejoying a drink and a sit down at that point. We thought it was all of their break time.Apparently, they have one ice cream machine working and it takes 20 minutes to make ice cream. But it came out very very soft. So soft, they could not make the chocolate dip cone "in" the cone (see pic). They said they could not make the base in the cone as it would melt like a milkshake. Got a blizzard and of course they did not hold it upside-down. Should have gotten it for free but didn't want to deal with that given the long line when we left. Go at your own risk.
I will never come here again. We drove 30 mins for a ice cream cone to sit in line for 36 mins just to find out they were closed. Mind you we got there at 850 with a line of 8 people and the store doesn't.close till 930. When I went to the window the people were rude and told me to just drive off. This is horrible customer service. There were 6 cars behind us and I had to suggest they go tell them or put out a sign and I was meet with a loud hostile tone. DQ you have great ice cream but I will not be coming back for this service!!!!!!
IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We drove 20 minutes to get food and when we got to the drive thru everything went wrong. The person in front of us took 10 minutes at the speaker doing nothing. They finally moved and when we got up there and we tried to speak to the people inside, no one responded for 5 minutes. Note, it was 11 am and they dont close till 9 pm. And it was a wednesday and was extremely empty. Then we finally pulled up to where you get your food for a girl to walk over. She was laughing with the other girls, had no idea what they had so she had to repeatedly go to the other girls for information. One girl was on her phone not doing any work. Clearly they were just hoping you would drive off. Once we ordered we had to wait for her to give us our food for 10 minutes. When we got our food it was frshly made but poorly made and barely thrown together.
Isn't too fast bit good quality overall when you get it.
Absolutely phenomenal! The staff really made the experience an enjoyable one! Made my day A- Ok! Staff great attitude & lifted spirits that made u want to come back again! Awesome! Don’t get that usually @ fast food places!
Delish! ??? The burgers are cooked fresh and taste great! I love their vanilla dipped cone! Yum!
Friendly Employees and order was correct They do a good job for being under staffed
Worst experience ever I wait almost 30 minutes for 2 hamburger and fries was insane the worst part was they never tell me until I paid and wait for more than 5 minutes. Please avoid go to this place at least you only go for ice cream
DQ is remodeling the inside so the drive thru line was really long. I was surprised at how fast it moved!
