Good food and quick service, but wings were small for the price
Garbage! I love crumpys food it is amazing. However this particular crumpys is complete s**t at answering the phone you can call 50 times back to back and never be able to order anything because they don’t answer! Fire everyone who works here and get new staff. The people at this location suck!
The catfish is so tender and crispy! And the sides are fabulous. They’re updating the menu now, I heard, and I can’t wait to see what they come up with. I hope catfish and catfish nuggets make the cut!

The worst service ever. Store needs to be shut down! They overcharge me for everything! Even 50 stands for extra sauce. I ordered a 10 piece whole wing combo and was told I’ve never got charge for a drink. And all I pay $24 for a 10 piece whole wing no drink and no condiments!
The owners should do us all a favor and shut this location down and save their reputation. The food is hit or miss and the service is always TRASH. Even when ordering through a delivery service it's ALWAYS an issue. I'd rather save myself the trouble and eat at another wing spot. It's not worth it!
Called in an order 30 minutes ago. Wings were never dropped. So now I’m waiting on food … waited 30 mins before coming cause it’s always slow. Only been to this Crumpys in particular twice, and had problems twice.
My co-worker and I ordered on 07-23-21, when we arrived the rude lady had an attitude. First off she had on a bonnet and a hoodie. We had 5 separate orders and 1 person was paying with cash. She said she didn't have any change. Then once we received our food, none of wing order had any sauce. We had to ask for ranch, I then see the guy pouring the ranch from a jar. We checked all our orders and one order was missing fries. She tried to argue with my co-worker saying "you didn't order fries " . When I heard my co-worker order the lunch special that comes with fries. We said fine we will just pay for them. I hear the lady yell " people just work my nerves" and " this stuff has to comes out our pocket ". The guy behind the counter just gave us the fries. He look like he was irritated with her also. This is not my first time having a bad experience but it will be my last because I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Plus the food went with the service we received AWFUL.
My coworkers and I have decided that after the horrible service we seem to keep receiving we will no longer order food from this restaurant. From under cooked wings, orders incorrect, expired dipping sauces, rude and argumentative customer service we are very disappointed in your establishments service. We will not be referring any other companies there for food either. There seems to be no way to talk to a supervisor, manager or even owner, not to mention how after about 12p.m. your phones are either off the hook or just continue to ring with no one answering, its like your workers know people are calling to complain and they do not answer the phones on purpose. We suggest you retrain your workers or even hire new workers, perhaps people of a mature age, seems as though the young people you have working have no respect or idea of good customer service. We should never have to argue over wrong orders that were taken.
I didn't care for the wings, I ordered Honey Hot but what I got I think was just hot, it was just basic Buffalo sauce, also they were over cooked in my opinion, now this could just be preference, but I think I got the wrong sauce, and then there was the cleanliness of the restaurant which was about like a boarder town gas station bathroom. There were two people working there the guy was very nice and attentive but was working the pickup window not taking orders, the female who was taking orders seemed like she would rather I just left, she mumbled and was just generally rude. All in I probably won't go back. I really wish I would have read the reviews, seems like a LOT of people said the same thing as me.
