My co-worker and I ordered on 07-23-21, when we arrived the rude lady had an attitude. First off she had on a bonnet and a hoodie. We had 5 separate orders and 1 person was paying with cash. She said she didn't have any change. Then once we received our food, none of wing order had any sauce. We had to ask for ranch, I then see the guy pouring the ranch from a jar. We checked all our orders and one order was missing fries. She tried to argue with my co-worker saying "you didn't order fries " . When I heard my co-worker order the lunch special that comes with fries. We said fine we will just pay for them. I hear the lady yell " people just work my nerves" and " this stuff has to comes out our pocket ". The guy behind the counter just gave us the fries. He look like he was irritated with her also. This is not my first time having a bad experience but it will be my last because I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Plus the food went with the service we received AWFUL.

My coworkers and I have decided that after the horrible service we seem to keep receiving we will no longer order food from this restaurant. From under cooked wings, orders incorrect, expired dipping sauces, rude and argumentative customer service we are very disappointed in your establishments service. We will not be referring any other companies there for food either. There seems to be no way to talk to a supervisor, manager or even owner, not to mention how after about 12p.m. your phones are either off the hook or just continue to ring with no one answering, its like your workers know people are calling to complain and they do not answer the phones on purpose. We suggest you retrain your workers or even hire new workers, perhaps people of a mature age, seems as though the young people you have working have no respect or idea of good customer service. We should never have to argue over wrong orders that were taken.

If I could rate this restaurant a ZERO! that's what this location deserves. My co-worker and I will not be ordering food from this restaurant after the horrible customer service we received. The young lady with the bonnet and the hoodie on we encountered Friday July 23, 2021 that supposed to be the supervisor I guess there is very rude and argumentative with customer and we are very disappointed in your establishment customer service. We will not be referring any of our friends and any of our friends that work near this location. When you call to try to place an order over the phone the phone just rings. Once you can finally, get someone on the phone to place your order and arrive to pick up your order the young lady with the bonnet and hoodie on is too busy with her ear buds in her ear having a personal conversation instead of giving us her complete attention. We suggest whoever owns this establishment fire that young lady with the bonnet and the hoodie on that was working Friday July 23, 2021, because, she is the reason orders are not right and to hire a whole new mature staff, because, it seems as though the young people you have working there have no respect or any idea of good customer service. We should never have to argue over wrong orders that you have messed up if you wasn't too busy on a personal call and being RUDE!! Corporate Please Respond!!

You call, no one answers. You show up in-person, no one takes your order.The wings don’t slap enough, for the type of service this establishment offers. Whomp whomp!SHUT IT DOWN!!

Call in and online orders are nearly impossible. They never answer the phone and if you order via Door Dash you never receive your order. I love the food at Crumpy’s but the call in and online ordering process needs some major improvements. I have been going to Rayford’s because it’s much easier to order online. All of my surrounding neighbors have started to use Rayford’s as well because they can never successfully complete a call in or online order at Crumpy’s. You all are losing a lot of business from first timers and repeat customers because you don’t answer phone and folks can’t order online.

Based on my experience on today I will not come back . I walked in & the associates were talking about buying marijuana, they were extremely loud because they were in the back . I stood there for 5 minutes waiting to see if someone was going to greet me and helped me … I had to say excuse me out loud just to get some assistance if I didn’t placed my order online I would have just simply walked out .

Customer service fails! I've never experienced a call in where the young lady told me "let me stop you right there" while I'm trying to explain my online order. I only wanted to tell them what type of sauce I wanted, as I was not able to select online and she was short, rude and honestly did not care. She just wanted to get me off the phone. She told me I would have to go online again and add my sauce on the instructions section, then hung up. However, my order was already placed and paid for, I couldn't add to the instruction area, it was complete. Then I call back to tell them this, another guy answered and he was just as rude. I will never do business with them at this location. EVER. They made me feel like a burden and I'm trying to give them business.

This would be my first time going to this Crumpy’s & let me just say the young ladies in there today are very rude & unprofessional. So I placed my order at 6:35pm, I WANTED to order a 10 pc wing & a burger combo. So I was able to order the wings but before I was able to even finish my order I was told “WE NOT COOKING NOTHING BUT WINGS & FRIES, WE ABOUT TO CLOSE” (mind you this is 6:30pm on a Saturday night they don’t close til 9”) so okay fine, I’ll just order the wings. She

My orders have not been right on several occasions but I never complained. The staff are very rude but I never complained. Today I placed a order. Went to pick up the order and the doors were locked. I get 30 mins for lunch so I had no time to go elsewhere. No lunch today. I work for a internal medicine group near the store. Myself nor my coworkers will ever be back in that store. Terrible way to run a business. Unless you are into business failures. I shall definitely spread the word.

I want to start by saying customer service is awful! I don’t know what the role of the young lady that’s was there this evening was but she was RUDE to the other employees and customers! She was aloud and very inappropriate! It was 4 people white me who ordered separately; all of us ordered back to back! 2 of the orders was given and she thought we was gone wait 40 minutes in the other 2 order!! She fixed the orders wrong, gave me extra fries( that I gave back), then we ordered a 10 piece 1/2 hot and honey gold, she gave us all honey gold and when we told her she took so many deep breaths as if we was bothering her when in essence If she would taken time to fix it write the first time it would’ve been okay! But to fix the 10 piece she re dipped the honey gold in the hot sauce!! How trifling!! I love my wings but if she’s there, I will NOT be purchasing again!
